I’ve been a few times and had very nice people cut my sons hair. But not today. The lady who was working was the only person working at the time we went. She was sitting in her car when we pulled up into the parking lot. As we walked in she apologized to me and told me she had gone to get food since she hadn’t eaten all day. Understandable but didn’t explain why she was sitting in her car while the doors were locked and the lights were off inside the store. She had very little patience most likely due to hunger and being over-worked. She was not good with my child who is scared of getting his haircut. Man handled him and was rude towards me. It was a pretty upsetting situation for both me and my toddler.

Brought my daughter here for her first haircut and it was perfect for a 2.5 yr old. The little playground in the waiting area made waiting for her turn so much easier than I expected. The little airplane, horse, and race car seats are just the right distraction for little kids. And each station has a television screen with cartoons playing. The stylist couldn’t have been kinder to my daughter.
