If I could give this a zero star, I would. I was so incredibly NOT impressed. First, when we walked through the door, got stamped, and looked for a table, on the right side of the restaurant, ALL of the available tables were FUL OF TRASH and UNCLEAN. My husband and i proceeded to wait in line to put our order in for pizza, and I let the cashier know of the mess at the table we wanted to sit at, and I was recieved with a «See how there’s only three people working? We’re doing the best we can, and we just can’t get to it right now.» Said with attitude, like i was stupid for even asking. Basically, to me, felt like «Yeah our place is a mess, get over it». So I let that pass because I know how it is to be hammered and stressed like that. But then, when playing the games, we had earned 75 tickets, according to the rules. The machine gave us 1 ticket. So I brought this to the attention of the worker making sure the machines were working correctly, and he told us basically that the machine gave us exactly the amount we were supposed to receive, but after arguing for a bit, he did give us 10 tickets… less than 15% of what we had actually earned. I let that pass too just because it’s supposed to be fun for the kids. So to take a break we went back to the table and sipped some soda… but what did we find CRAWLING ON OUR TABLE? A. ROACH. Well, that was the last straw with me. We will NEVER come back to this place EVER again.
One last thing, I did the math, and the tokens we received were worth $ 12.50. We earned 100+ tickets while playing the games. If we had used that money to just buy tickets instead of tokens ($ 0.01 per ticket) we could have used had 12x’s as much: 1,250 tickets… seriously? It’s such a crock.

kids love this place, great entertainment and location

This place is magical for kids. Most adults consider it penance for all the horrible things they did to their parents as children. The games are great, but the food is of poor quality and very expensive. There are better choices in the Indy Metro area that has much better food, great games, and doesn’t smell like feet.
