Service is always prompt and polite. They end with«my pleasure!» after every order. This location is fairly new. It has outdoor seating and an excellent kids play area. I go more for the breakfast than the chicken sandwiches. The chicken burritos and chicken minis for breakfast are heavenly.

This has got to be the slowest Chick-Fil-A ever in the mornings. Afternoons and evenings seem better, but the AM drive through is super slow. You can be the only car in line, and the wait will still be several minutes. Today is the third time in the last two weeks that I’ve gone through the drive through for breakfast. Typically between 9 and 10AM and no line or only one car in front of me. It seems like they are always waiting on the kitchen. The crew up front always has the drinks prepped, but they are usually standing there waiting for the food. As soon as the food comes up, they hand it out the window, so the delay must come from the back. Never an explanation on why the order(always 4 chicken minis, hash browns, and black coffee) takes so long; just the typical«sorry about your wait» when they hand you the food.

The owner is a fantastic man! This Chick-fil-A is just as impressive as the one on 82nd street

I don’t eat fast food, and I don’t condone eating fast food at all. But for some reason I don’t consider this fast food, it’s so good especially the breakfast! I will be a little mini chicken biscuits and the chicken burrito! I have a child so this place is great for children under seven because I have a little play area. It’s nice and new, they just opened less than a year ago.

Really impressed with the service at this Chick-fil-A. They are winners in my heart because three times this semester(yes, three) they partnered w/my school and students could show IDs to get either free 8 count nuggets or a free chicken sandwich. There’s ample parking, but it’s at a bad location on Keystone where you basically can’t turn left to get out of the parking lot. Enough about cars. The food is standard CFA, but what put this location over the top was the employee’s teamwork. Expecting it to be busy w/college kiddos(which it kinda was), I was in line less than a minute and got my food less than a minute after that. They had attendants at every cash register keeping the line moving. SO impressed with their efficiency! And the place was clean as a whistle. Bravo! Bonus: there are small signs around the restaurant indicating how the building is eco-friendly and sustainable(like LED lights and recycled flooring). Cool!

Very good food, so yummy everytime. Cons are the long line at drive through and it seems confusing. Very very friendly service and will always go back because of that and the good food.

The breakfast chicken is better than I had expected. I really like their customer service. Everyone greets you with a smile when you come in the front door. I will say that I wish people gave a little more effort to ask how to pronounce a name they’re unfamiliar with. You know when they take your order they ask for a name to go with the order(for that personal touch), I felt like the couple times I went in, they called my number or just my order. I think one time they called my last name. To some, that might seem petty, but for its important. If you’re a company that wants to add that personal touch, train your workers that if you can’t pronounce a name… just ask. Anyhoo, guess that got personal, but other than that, I like this location. And I always love how they have fresh flowers on the table. So in the end, good food, good service.

Being from the South, I love me some Chickfila. I was excited when I learned this one on Keystone would be opening so close to my new home. One thing I love about most Chickfilas is that even if there are 20 cars in the drive-through, they get everyone through really quickly and efficiently. However, this Chickfila is the SLOWEST. They can’t even call themselves fast food because the past two times I’ve gone through the drive-through, it has taken me 20+ minutes. I would understand if there were 50 cars in front of me, but it was more like 10 each time. Think I’ll just drive the extra few miles to visit the Chickfila off 82nd!

The food was good. The food is always good. It’s Chick Fil A. I’ve been eating here since I was a kid, being born in the state where the restaurant originated, Georgia. Back home, the employees are always so sweet and charming. The ones at the Keystone location should be ashamed by how they acted while I was in their restaurant today. I ordered my food from a girl named Mary, who after taking my order, vaguely told me that her back was hurting while stretching and making a moaning sound. She looked disheartened, and later proved herself to be so, as I overheard her make a snide remark about a customer who had just walked out the door. I sat down with my son, who is 18 months. I strapped him into his high chair, which has wheels. He weighs about 30 pounds, and is tough to lug around for a woman of my small stature. Halfway through our meal, I wheeled him over to the ketchup counter to get some ketchup. As we are going back to our table, I hear Mary say, loudly and audibly, «Oh. My. God. Why didn’t she just carry him?!» Really, Mary? I’m guessing you don’t have children. How wise and knowledgable of you to point out my short comings as a mother. I am impressed. When I finished my meal, I spent another $ 3 on a milkshake, just to ask Mary for her name. I waited five minutes, alone in the front of the restaurant, listening to the employees. An ambiguous male was accusing the others of putting too many cookies in milkshakes, and stated, «I’ll make the milkshake!» I waited a while longer, still no milkshake. At this point, I am holding my 30 pound son, because I am aware that at this Chick Fil A location, innocent customers are heckled by the fast food workers from behind the counter, and I wouldn’t want to appear lazy or weak to people who have proved themselves so competent. But I grow tired, and I leave. No milkshake. I don’t even care. I am so disappointed. I will not be coming here again, which is very sad because it is right across the street from our house, and though the food is never as good as the one back home, it was still pretty good.

Just opened. Standard CFA corporate footprint. Great chicken, it’s fried in pressure cookers. Don’t try that at home! Employees are so friendly it’s creepy. Located between Mike’s/Crew car wash and Jiffy Lube.
