A sad day to get ice cream from Chick Fala. They served me an ice cream that was completely melted. I will never be back for ice cream there again.

Top notch store, the absolute best fast food place ever.
Things I love about this store:
1. Staff. They are genuinely friendly, kind and super helpful. I love thag they bring your tray out to you and will even pick it up when you’re done and always with a smile.
2. The fresh plants on the tables, wonderful touch
3. Facility itself, very clean
4. Food, never disappointed, always a win with the kids
5. Playground: small and clean and I love the hand sanitizer wipes by the door.
This place is a winner

I love chic fil a. I think it’s disgusting that the
Employees are always on their cell phones as if they cannot put them away while working around food. I personally think it’s disgusting and management should make no cell phone rules for employees. We all know most people take their cell to the restroom with them! Gross!!! Also, the nuggets are tiny. I ordered an 8 piece and an ice cream was almost $ 6 and the nuggets were the size of a nickel. Huge waste of my money.

Arturo is almost always there helping out in the dining area. And he is FANTASTIC. This is fast food, but he is there to help and serve you the best he can! Sooooooo polite and always wanting to help! Love the kindness!!!

I usually don’t eat here because of the grease they deep fry in. However tonight I noticed they had a chicken salad sandwich. It was very good. It was more chicken then mayonnaise. I will most definitely be back for that!

For the second time today… We ended up in the Chick Fil-​A line. When we went to the Chick fil-​A on Keystone the line was out to the road so we left and took a detour to this location. We went through the drive thru and it was a great experience.
The line was also long however, it was moving very quickly. Once we got to the window we placed our order and everything we ordered was absolutely correct! I asked for extra sauce and the server responded with «My pleasure!» What great service! We had a fabulous experience. 5 stars!

Nonstop nuggets, that sums up the whole review.
I wouldn’t normally review a place like this — it’s fast food, you know what you’re going to get. But then a coworker noticed a flyer from here — $ 13.99 (I think, it might have been less) for bottomless chicken nuggets, fries, and drinks. Even if that wasn’t a good deal (depending on how hard you were planning to nug) it’ll be worth it for the entertainment value, right?
So we showed up on the appointed night, and the place looked like a mob scene inside. But there was a parking spot, so we went for it… and walked right up to the register. I figured it would be 30 minutes before we got any food and then it’d take 30 minutes before we got any refills, but we ended up ordering and paying for our meals so fast that they didn’t even have time to hand us the mildly hilarious rules that we were agreeing to… something my friend later referred to as «nugget entrapment.»
We turned our receipt in for wristbands (and the girl manning the wristband counter was super apologetic when I said I needed to photograph it for my expense report) and a cow cutout on a stick (which we were told to hold in the air when we needed a refill) and sat down to tuck in to our nugs. You start with a 12 pack, and subsequent refills are also 12 packs. We largely opted to focus on nugs and not fill up on the fries, to increase our ROI. And the gangs of roaming employees, with trays of fresh nugs, meant we never had to wait more than a few seconds for a refill. At one point our refill sign went up and someone *in the kitchen* saw it first and delivered fresh nugs in mere seconds. Similarly, barriers to access on sauces had been removed, thanks to bins of them, conveniently located for grabbing.
The theme I’m going for here is just that the whole thing was superbly executed. I give the Chick-​fil-​a corporation points for granting their franchisees the latitude to do something like this, and I give this restaurant points for pulling it off really nicely, and frankly, based on the employees attitudes, having a lot of fun while doing it. Yes, I know they are always unnaturally happy anyway, but the place was pretty busy and those smiles were still painted on.
I ended up only double nugging. Which may not have netted me much benefit over just buying that many nugs, but for sheer entertainment value, this can’t be beat. A coworker managed to execute quad nug damage, but he’s way more man than I am.
Anyway. I hope they do this again. I’ll be back.

Employees are always courteous when we visit this location. Family nights we use the buy one adult meal, get one kid’s meal free. There was a visit where someone cooked my order incorrectly. The manager took care of it and gave me a free coupon. The play area with slides is great for kids.

I wish there were more of these restaurants throughout the State of Indiana. This Chick-​fil-​a was, like all of them; well kept, nice landscaping even, pleasant employees, the drive-​thru was very efficient and my order was perfect and delicious as always. Chick-Fil-A’s are probably the #1 search on Unilocal

The drive thru lady was very polite and knowledgeable. It was like you are talking to the waitress in a 5 star restaurant.

With a Chick-​fil-​A in Castleton and the fairly new Glendale location, I don’t find myself drifting this way nearly as much as I used to whenever I’d get the Chick-​fil-​A craving. As someone who’d always appreciated this location, mostly due to a friendly and outgoing general manager and a generally friendly clientele, I was kind of delighted when I found myself on East 82^nd Street tonight when the hunger pangs started.
This particular location has always had a generous spirit and strong sense of community involvement. As someone who does a lot of community service work, I always appreciate that about a business. There is something that I love about Chick-​fil-​A — maybe it’s the fact that you can almost always depend on getting a «my pleasure» when you say «thank you,» a phrase I happen to use a lot. Maybe it’s because the employees defy the fast food usual and actually act like they want to be there. Maybe it’s because the food tends to be healthier.
It’s a lot of things.
So, why a 3-​star rating?
I’ve got to be honest and say I found the experience tonight to be a tad disappointing. It lacked the usual Chick-​fil-​A spark. I’ve always found the parking situation at this location to be a tad frustrating and tonight was no exception. While they have their fully accessible parking spots, they’ve placed them directly in the path of the drive-​thru — it makes pulling out an absolute beast. Additionally, you can’t really easily park at the end of the row as for some reason they only put actual curb cuts in the spots closest to the drive-​thru. Weird.
I was greeted at the door by an older gentleman who opened the door (both sets). He was perfectly friendly, though I’ll admit to being disappointed at the absence of a «my pleasure.» My order was taken by a young woman who made sure to ask my drink before telling me my meal could be upsized. It just seemed a little off-​putting considering Chick-​fil-​A is usually very proactive and enthusiastic. She brought my food to the table, which is always appreciated, but it seemed more methodical than enthusiastic.
I arrived at a table that needed to be cleaned off which is, once again, a little unusual for the usually very active employees. It just seemed like things were kind of going in slow motion tonight. You can almost always depend on employees showing up at your table to offer a refill, but that didn’t happen tonight. I would get a refill on my way out, but weirdly enough they didn’t top off the ice for an iced tea. Again, it seemed like tonight was just a series of minor things all adding up to a less than satisfying experience than I usually have with Chick-​fil-​A.
As I left, it took a good 15 minutes to pull out of my parking spot due to the aforementioned drive-​thru issue. While I realize the Chick-​fil-​A drive thru tends to be a bit slower, and I’ll admit I as getting impatient, tonight just seemed slower than usual.
Having been around GM Jeff several times, this just wasn’t the usual spark that one of his crews tends to have. They were competent, but not possessing of the usual spark. It didn’t make me want to return. In fact, it made me wish I’d gone to the nearly always friendly folks at Castleton. The food was good, but overall this was a pretty run-​of-​the-​mill experience and I won’t be rushing back. 3-​Stars is a stellar review if you happen to be a McDonald’s, but for a Chick-​fil-​A it’s a definite disappointment.

So fast and so courteous in the drive thru. I come here for the breakfast and they treat you like a king. They also give my dog a box of nuggets free of charge when she joins me on the trip. Love the chicken, egg, and cheese bagel!

5 stars for a fast food restaurant you say?
One of the best run establishments by the company. Hard for their food not to taste amazing however one of these stars gets carried by the man they have working the tables. He really takes that place to the next level.

I love this place. Food is always fresh, and the folks are always nice. If you come at peak lunch time, the drive thru line is always long, but if the weather is nice, staff comes outside to help it move efficiently.

I can’t say enough good things about Chick-​Fil-​A. The staff here are so friendly and the food is always wonderful. I eat at this location quite a bit and have no complaints!

Chick-​fil-​a has the best chicken although I was a bit confused by the lemon water sugar sign — which just mean Lemonade. Anyway this was good. I also love seeing such a diverse staff — everyone was so polite. Chick-​fil-​a is gourmet american fast food — similar to chipotile is gourmet mexican fast food. Keep up the quality and service Chick-​fil-​a!

Usual friendly service and tasty food that I expect from Chick-​Fil-​A at this location. I tried a salad for the first time here recently and was generally impressed by the freshness and quality of the ingredients, although the grilled chicken was cold and I think it would have been even more delicious hot.
The only downside of this particular location is that the drive-​through line goes around the parking lot, effectively blocking all parking spaces when the line is long. You have the wait in the drive-​through line to park and then wait again for some kind soul to let you out again which is pretty frustrating.

On a typical day I’d give chick-​fil-​a a solid 5 stars in the fast food category. Healthier menu, honest business model, and great customer service. I know because I worked at one for a year in my younger years.
I hit the drive through at this location for breakfast. Multiple times I thanked the woman working the drive through window. She responded «you bet». If you’ve ever been to chick-​fil-​a you know what’s wrong here. The proper answer is «my pleasure». I was cheated out of the full experience at this location. Hopefully they do better next time.
