Their technician was very nice (Kent), but of course tried to sell me extra services I didn’t want or need. I didn’t realize they used soap and not steam to clean carpets. If you need a DEEP cleaning treatment I wouldn’t use them. Didn’t get one stain out, but I did have some areas with bad stains. I guess I’m the dummy for using another carpet cleaner. Wasted $ 169.00 and no offer of at least a partial refund after telling them I wasn’t satisfied. They said they would clean it again, but if you didn’t get it clean the first time with that method why would I have them try again? I called Stanley Steemer and they got every stain out! Carpets looked brand new when they were done! They are expensive, but worth it!
