We did the rib cooking class tonight and it was awesome! While I don’t have a green egg I thought this would still be fun to go to. Who doesn’t like a good rack of ribs?! There were many great tips as well. It was paired with side dishes and beer tastings, what more can you ask for? Not only was Chef JJ informative, animated and fun, his staff was great as well! Thank you for a great evening!

I had SO MUCH FUN here doing a cooking competition for a corporate team building event. If you decide to do one here, you have to request Holly. She was helpful, crazy friendly and made our experience even better.
I would definitely recommend this place, everyone had an amazing time, and the group definitely got closer by the end of the night.

I had a great time at Chef JJ’s. I came in with completely different expectations than what actually happened, but I guess that’s my fault.
Just to be clear — If you are looking to learn new and different recipes, this class is completely geared toward BGE owners. If you don’t have a BGE the lessons are a bit irrelevant. Also, there is no hands on cooking — think more of the people sitting at the counter while Emeril cooks.
That being said, for what it was, it was great. I just didn’t know what I was getting into when I bought tickets.
