Cabinet Finish Systems

Ray Rigby, currently doing business as Cabinet Finish Systems, was hired to remodel our kitchen cabinets. He custom built cabinets that did not fit properly and had to be rebuilt. He then custom built new cabinet doors that also did not fit properly and had to be rebuilt. The second set still did not fit properly. After dropping them off at our home Mr. Rigby refused to come back out to look at them and discuss a resolution. As you can imagine there was a lot of complaining during this job but I am cutting to the chase. Mr. Rigby stopped returning phone calls and refuses to refund money that was paid to him, and also refuses to return our original cabinet doors and drawer fronts, leaving us no choice but to have the doors built elsewhere, paying much more than we had originally intended to. We have since been contacted by numerous people with similar stories, and each of them has been contacted by numerous people with similar stories. He talks a very big talk about his skills, but often times cannot deliver when it comes to custom work.
