OK, so I was skeptical. It’s a damn good burger, and I don’t care if it was at the holiday inn. Very surprised! Also, great beer selection. That gets you 5 stars for far, far, exceeding expectations.

Awesome burger, great beer selection!!! The burgers are cooked properly, the KGB sauce adds a killer flavor. Great options on the menu or build your own. At the Indianapolis Holiday Inn airport, new hotel and great place to stay.

Just ok… it’s a restaurant in a Holiday Inn… features beer and burgers at a higher price. Good burger, not cooked as ordered(why ask), $ 10 for a burger is pricy and fries are extra… a good option for hotel guests but head down road for a better selection.

Long wait times, poor service considering it’s attached to a busy hotel. Garlic shrimp was so so. Came here to taste the local brews.

Stopped here on the way home from the airport one evening. It wasn’t very busy at all. But our waitress was super friendly and offered suggestions. We started with the Firecracker Shrimp. It was amazing! I think I could live on them alone! We each ordered burgers. They were very good! Lots of choices for toppings. My husband ordered their Parmesan-Panko Onion Rings, I ordered their French fries. Both were delicious! For dessert we had the Carrot Cake! It was heavenly! They serve their desserts in Mason jars, too cute! Very clean restaurant and the waitress was great! We’ll definitely be back!!!

We were on the west side of Indianapolis at the Holiday Inn at the airport, and happened to be looking for a place to grab some dinner. As we entered the hotel, we noticed Burger Theory. I took care of my business, then we stopped to check out the menu. We were intrigued, so we decided to give it a try, although, as we’ve discovered in the past, hotel restaurants usually leave a lot to be desired. Burger Theory is not your typical hotel restaurant. It is casual, inviting, open, and modern. They have a full bar featuring a full bar, 24 bottled beers, and eight on draft. And as we found out, some of the best burgers you will ever taste. I chose the Uptown burger with grilled onions, portabella mushrooms, Swiss cheese, and garlic mayo. It was outstanding! Fresh and juicy, you could tell this was not your average burger. I ordered the parmesan panko onion rings as my side. I usually don’t order onion rings, but these sounded so amazing, I just had to give them a try. They were… okay. Rick got a burger and fries — and the fries were incredible! When I return(notice I said when :)) I will definitely get the fries instead. They also have other sandwiches and entrees, and additional sides to choose from. They serve breakfast, lunch, and they serve their desserts in Mason jars. The staff was friendly and attentive. This was our first visit to Burger Theory, but it definitely will not be our last!

Great burgers. Hubby and I both has the Lonestar burger which were very good. Hubby had an app of firecracker shrimp which was good with a little heat. Great beer selection and excellent mixed drinks.

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel(the restaraunt is inside of the new Holiday Inn by the Airport) and we were both pleasantly surprised by the place. The entire building is brand new and is covered in beautiful marble throughout. When we first got done with our leg of our road trip, both of us were too tired to sit at the bar but I still wanted a beer. The bartender was super friendly and helpful picking out a few different beers to try and I took them up to the room. When we were done unwinding from the drive, we came down to have dinner. The dining area and the bar are co-located and there are a bunch of TVs all over the restauraunt. There weren’t too many people so we were the belles of the ball so to speak. Both the waitress and the bartender were helpful and attentive. There is a pretty nice selection of beers including about 10 different beers on tap. A few of which were local Indiana beers… didn’t even know Indiana made beers. I had the Indiana Amber which was really nice and my wife enjoyed the Cream Ale(Sunshine maybe). Finally the burgers. Oh man the burgers. We at here for two nights in a row and the burgers were absolutely to die for. As I was telling my wife, it is pretty hard to ruin a burger. Much like pizza, most burgers are always right in that average to the«well, that wasn’t too, too bad». Rarely do you find burgers that are really really good. This is one of them. I had the BT burger both times and my wife had the Garden Fresh one night at the burger with mushrooms the other night. We honestly didn’t say a word to each other when the food came out as we were both demolishing the food. As the cherry on top, the fries were delish and seasoned well. Cool and unexpected place.

Located inside the Holiday Inn, I really must say this is great place. I went off the review from the day before and really enjoyed it. They have just as many beers as burgers and if you are staying at the Holiday Inn it makes it that much better. I was staying the hilton garden inn and wanted a burger but not at $ 20. They have a good desert menu also. If ever back in town I will come again.

Six stars! Someone finally figured out that it makes sense to put a good casual restaurant inside an airport hotel. Road tripping from California, it was great to find this place at the end of a long drive from Cleveland to Indianapolis. Good craft beer selections — draft and bottles. Nice assortment of tasty burgers, and when you ask for medium you actually get medium! Other items on the menu, but we stuck to the burgers. There’s an outdoor patio with fire pit for nice evenings. It’s only been open a couple of months, but the servers are helpful and friendly in that wonderful Midwest way.
