I found Brooke on a living social and feel so fortunate that I did. I see Brooke every couple of months and really like her. She’s been easy to get into and is great at color and cut. She’s accommodating, nice and very good at what she does… check her out!

I purchased a deal thru living social & visited Brooke a couple days ago. I’ve had so many bad experiences with salons & stylists that I couldn’t believe how comfortable I felt with her & how much I really liked The Loft Salon. She listened to everything I said and delivered on my color, cut & style. (see my opinion of The Loft Salon listed)
I came to the table with a picture, another possible cut, description of the color I wanted, and explanations of positive and negative cuts I’ve had before. You can’t expect to really get what you want if you don’t communicate properly. We started with that conversation which wasn’t rushed & she answered my questions honestly when I asked her for advise. We visited a lot during my appointment sharing about our families etc., but I’m sure she would be just fine if you just wanted to sit quietly or read a magazine. During that visit time, I stopped her & asked a question pertaining to my hair or she did the same with me. Sometimes when stylists visit too much with customers they forget about the hair cut & why they are there! Not so here.
–no pretense here, just loves her job & wants to please you with her work!
I think I’ve got a new stylist. Why not 5 stars, only because I’ve only had 1 visit so far!
