Britt’s were booked to move (all the packing done by my household, not by them) but because another customer couldn’t budge on their closing date, I was asked to change my date despite booking first, having made accommodations with my employer and arranging other friends to assist. Apparently the other customer was more important (or getting charged more $$ per hour).
I had to find another service 3 days before my move date and I did, and for less money.
They only receive one star because zero stars isn’t an option. Horrible customer service and the definition of unprofessional.

Do not use Britt’s moving. I hired them to move my appliances from my old house to new house and vice versa since they were nicer. They were 2 hours late and didn’t call until after being an hour late. They were very nice guys but just terrible at their job. I had to disconnect the dishwasher and remove the microwave with my own tools as they had no clue what they were doing. I told them up front what I needed done and they said they could do it no problem. Well now I am having to install both dishwashers and both microwaves. Oh and they left the valve turned off on the refrigerator water so now I have to try and move it out of the extremely tight space to turn the water on. Terrible.
