Beech Grove Village Apartments

No stars. I don’t even want to give this place any stars. Probably the only thing I really like about this place, is how warm the heat is. Other than that, it’s not that great. Well, my girlfriends stuff got tossed out by their maintenance team. The toilet in my apartment isn’t that great, I’ve had them out once and it stopped working a week later. I unclogged it myself. Just recently, my car got towed because it was parked in permit parking. It’s the same complex, I’m a residence there. They couldn’t have called me and had me move it first? Now my car has to sit at the tow lot till I can get it out and then I’m going to be out almost 300 dollars that I don’t have. I would not move into this place because they do not care about their residents needs.

This place is a joke do not live here… They leave notes on your door all the time about the dumbest things. I almost got wrote up for having my small broom outside on my patio… People complain around here like you live in an old folks home some of the areas are quite but some are not… They will not communicate with you or call you back hard as heck to get maintenance to fix anything. My sliding door has been broke since I moved in but they told me they would charge me 200 bucks hello that’s why I rent!!! Place is a horriable place to live!!!
