Upon checkout I heard all about who needed three days off for vacation, but what I didn’t get was a ‘hello’, ‘did you find everything ok’, or ‘thank you’. Got no recognition through the entire check out process. No kind of attention paid to your customers.

When a manager comes up to do a «KEYTURN» and there is one cashier and at least 6 people in line… is it too much trouble to open another checkout? It must be since this happened today. I know managers are busy but come on. Customer service is what pays your bills.

I think I’m a little strange because I usually just visit Bed, Bath & Beyond just to browse. But sometimes I get lucky and I find things like candles or bed sheets on clearance. This is a good thing for a shop-a-holic that’s been put on a budget. *pout* I have been taking advantage of the 20% off one item coupon I get in the mail and the $ 5 off a $ 15 purchase on the back of their monthly mailer. I totally recommend if you need to get something like a back chair support or a personal heater to use it there!

Love Bed Bath & Beyond since they carry items for every area in your home. Many great sales occur here with additional discount coupons online or in the mail. I purchased a few more pieces to update and refresh my guest bedroom without spending a fortune. Unless you’re looking for a specific item and go right to it, browsing is intoxicating and you can lose track of time.

Everything you could ever need for your home, and then some. Kitchen appliances, bed sheets, bathroom accessories, etc. You can easily spend an hour or so in here.
