Awful. Artistry opened two new buildings and have already pushed residents moving into the new buildings back 3 weeks. Their«solution» to fixing the problem is moving soon-to-be tenants into their finished building for 3 weeks, meaning residents must move twice in three weeks. I’m sure they are hoping to have the soon-to-be tenants fill the old units and rent out the new units since many new tenants will not want to move twice. Needless to say, terrible management that is unwilling to help tenants despite it being their error. Go somewhere else if you don’t want management to screw you over.

Worst apartment I have every lived in. The management(even though they do try hard) have absolutely no control over the residents and it is like living in a frat house. I can not wait to get out of this place. There are constantly parties that are very loud, trash and bodily fluids in the hallways, and while there are some very friendly people that do live here. It is overall a horrible experience because of those people who are very inconsiderate of their neighbors and it is out of control.

Great location, bad maintenance — as a current resident I have the following concerns — It took 1.5 months for the install of a lock on the patio door, still waiting for the install of screens over the windows and patio doors. I’m told it’s the developers fault but blame should be on both the developer and owner for not getting the job done. Other items to be aware of are the water pressure(it’s more like no pressure). And then lets not discount the parking garage next door where you pay artistry to park in. This garage is suppose to be locked and secure but in fact the doors are not always that way, plus you have bums and homeless hanging around in it. The homeless plug cell phones in and charge them in the garage and live within the garage. These are just some of the things you should be aware of when thinking about when looking at apartments downtown.

Great place to live– centrally located, close to mass ave, city market and downtown restaurants and bars. Staff are great and easy to work with. The units have been tastefully with granite countertops and polished concrete floors– out door kitchen, pool, great gym.
