When you send equipment that isn’t working properly and I’m placed on hold for 25 minutes only to be told that an adequate response cannot be attained within a reasonable amount of time, supposedly due to a lack of product availability from the manufacturer, there’s a problem with effective management and customer service: gravity feed bags are as common as the sun rising in the east. If a company can’t provide what’s needed, be proactive and find an acceptable alternative. I’ll be sure to notify the insurance carrier of this problem so that it isn’t billed incorrectly.
