I had a pet who had problems urinating on the carpet due to illness. I had other carpet cleaners come in to clean and when they left the stain was still on the carpet! Chem dry came into the unit and now it looks like brand new carpet. The sticky feeling underneath my feet is gone. The stains are gone. He was even able to get up a big turquoise ring of ink transfer! Chem dry was very thorough. They did a pretreatment first and afterwards he brushed everything out. The price was very reasonable for what I needed and the job that he did was head and shoulders above others I’ve had come in to so the work. I will never use another company again!
