Verizon Premium Wireless Retailer-Wireless Zone

This place is beyond absurd. I bought a screen protector yesterday, which a male employee put on my phone for me. Today I noticed that the screen protector was starting to peel off. Being that it has a lifetime warranty, I thought returning it would be no problem. WRONG! I walked in and was approached by a not-​so-​thrilled female employee. I told her my situation and all I wanted was an exchange, I didn’t want any money back or anything. She told me that screen protectors are not returnable bc they cannot «resell them in the store». She then called her manager and only noted that I wanted to return a screen protector, she failed to mention that it was only purchased yesterday and the fact that it was defective. Her manager agreed (without the proper info) that it couldn’t be returned or exchanged. RIDICULOUS. It hasn’t even been on my phone for 24 hours.
I then went to the verizon store in the giant eagle plaza, who easily accommodated me and exchanged the screen cover even though it wasn’t purchased there. I will never ever go back to the verizon at southtowne plaza. Between the rude associate and their insane return policies, It’s no wonder they’re never busy. Only given 1 star bc I had to rate it at least 1.
