I was there on 1÷5÷2016 and I didn’t wait long and was impressed with the staff. The girl at the window, was wrapped up in her jacket, which made me think she may have been sick. The assistant who took me back and took my vitals was extremely pleasant (always a plus when you are sick). The woman PA I saw was very nice, asked me questions, and listened. I had a severe sinus infection and pressure. She gave me an antibiotic and I was on my way. I couldn’t ask for better service. I appreciated the compassion and service. Thank you Indiana Med Express!

Employees are rude and very short to patients. It also is supposed to be a very quick and discreet visit. It took 35 Minutes just to get checked in and then an additional hour to be seen. My doctor is in Pittsburgh and I probably would have been better off with traveling to go see him. I would suggest to go anywhere else other than here! Good Luck!!!

The staff wasn’t overly friendly. The doctor was outright rude! I explained to her that three people in my home had bronchitis and were on antibiotics and she said I didn’t need them. She took a whole thirty seconds to diagnose me and then rudely ask if I wanted cough meds? Save your time and money and go somewhere where there is a compassionate staff that actually cares!

lazy staff unprofessional doctor they had to let me wait more than 2 hours just because there was a patient with injury. when doctor came i asked her how many doctor there she told me two doctor.

Don’t bother… Front Desk staff not friendly by any means. the nurse is super, wonder why she even wastes her time here… nice girl… and the Dr… she’s got alot to be desired… never said 5 words to me… never looked me in the eye… no personality at all… Seriously, don’t bother…

Awful! At least 5 people on staff and 2 of us in the waiting room. Been here for over a half hour and all I’ve done is sit in the waiting room while I hear laughter from the back! Totally unprofessional and a waste! I’d rather be sitting in a real emergency room! Think twice before you ever come here!
