We ordered appliances and he said the delivery was all set. They never showed up when they were supposed to and never called to say it was canceled. People take off work to receive deliveries. This is unacceptable customer service.
After calling and complaining they investigated. They couldn’t locate the dryer we ordered so they gave us the upgraded model at the clearance price.

Im a Vietnam veteran i have it on my Pa driver license i have bought tons of stuff here and i get a military discount i was proud to serve my country but now Lowes has changed its policy and no longer honer my Pa license the head cashier named brian (who refused to get the manager) embarrassed me in front of the whole line me i had to prove i was in the military threw a federal government id what guess i will shop else ware

The largest hardware store in the area. The got everything from plywood to brick to stoves to doors to paint to lawnmowers to tools, etc. They also will set you up with a contractor to install whatever for a price.
This place is always busy, but then there aren’t many alternatives. There is always someone there asking if you need help, but the second you actually need it, you’ll be searching and waiting around awhile.
