They completely inflated the invoice and left toilet-​water soaked padding on the floor and charged me for «anti-​microbial agent»!!! How can you sanitize something you did not even clean?! BEWARE!!! They are lazy Liars!!! They left the job early and blamed my teenaged son when their boss asked why they left early!!!

I’ve used this particular Servpro shop a couple times (two different houses) and despite the poor shape the carpets are in they provided the best results that could be expected. The price was probably about mid-​range for carpet cleaning services. $ 200+$ 20 tip for the first house which included 3 bedrooms and a living room and $ 350+$ 50 tip for the second house which included 5 bedrooms and 3 living rooms. The two guys they sent couldn’t have been nicer and not only were they prompt but they didn’t waste any time getting the job (s) done.
