Locked myself out of my car during a snowstorm in the middle of the night (I work at a hospital) and called A1A Roadside Assistance; they arrived quickly and only took a minute or two to unlock my car. The guy then offered to give me $ 10 off because I was a first time customer. Extremely professional and friendly. A1A provided me with 5 Star service! I picked up their card (on the service vehicle) while waiting on AAA, and an off duty employee promptly helped me. Stranded in Uptown Charlotte with a car that mysteriously wouldn’t turn over and start, the employee free of charge, jumped my car in a matter of seconds.
He gave me great advice to keep a rechargeable battery jumper in my trunk for future emergencies. Again, he assisted while he was OFF DUTY, seeing that I was in distress! What a great service provided out of a Toyota sedan, which can easily navigate Uptown’s parking garages. Thank you for your kindness, conversation, and advice!

After accidentally totally deflating my tire while trying to plug a hole caused by a nail, I found A1A Roadside Assistance online, and they reasonably & quickly fixed my problem!

I was stuck, literally, in the middle of independence highway my battery died. A gentleman from A1A came like and Angel and not only gave me a jump but also cleaned my battery and followed me home and made sure I was OK. I am so very grateful! Thank you. I will always use A1A

The first time I called A1A, I was in Plaza-​Milwood when my car wouldn’t start. It was 6 am and A1A was out to me within an hour! They were friendly and quick. What I also liked was that a female accompanied the driver. As a single female in a parking lot before dawn, I wasn’t necessarily scared, but it was nice having her there. And you can’t beat the $ 40 flat fee for a jump!
Today, I just called them again. This time, I am home in Indian Trail and they said they will be here in 20 – 30 minutes!
This is quick… while I was/​am somewhere inside and can keep warm and safe, this is not always the case for stranded drivers, so the timing is excellent.
I highly recommend A1A and have their number in my phone for future emergencies! (Although I am taking the car to the shop now, since this in the second time in a month!)
