The service was okay at best. The food was okay but not worth the price. They music that had playing was too loud and it was hard to have a conversation with the dinner party.

The pork sandwich was really good! The bottom bun was a bit soggy, but nothing to bad. The sweet potato fries were really good as well.
Really nice service, very friendly and a bit talkative.

Beautiful views of the lake and nice open floorplan. We had 5 people and all enjoyed our food. I enjoyed the Chicken Melt. I deducted a star for soggy bread. The sweet potato fries are delicious. They bring out cinnamon butter for dipping them in. That was something new and enjoyable. My husband and son got bbq sandwiches and enjoyed them. The waitress was attentive. She kept our drinks filled and was friendly. We like places where we can dock our boat on the lake and then come in to cool off with a delicious lunch or dinner.

Stopped by early afternoon just looking to have a snack and a refreshment. We were a little leery after reading some reviews. Rainy day, so not too many people. We were greeted by three very hospitable employees very happy to have us there. Sat us at a great table overlooking the marina. The view of the lake was wonderful. We ordered a refreshment and sat for a bit while talking with staff. As our first time in the area they were great with information. My wife ordered the Spinach & Artichoke dip and I the Onion Blossom which were both excellent.
Worth the trip to stop in.

Don’t eat here. Don’t drink here. If you’re staying at the hotel, I feel sorry for you.
Came here for lunch. Stopped on the lake so we didn’t have to bring food on the boat. It was pretty dead and it’s a Sunday, so I didn’t expect the best experience. Group of 5 with maybe 2 other groups inside and several outside. The ambiance was supposed to seem tropical, but it looks like the place had seen better days. Not very clean, most servers were sitting down folding napkin and utensils, but at least one gal greeted us with a smile and a «hello.»
Waiter was nice enough, but seemed like maybe he was new. We all had cocktails and they were alright, but certainly nothing to get excited about. Had the «on another latitude» (or something like that) and a «let’s go get drunk.» Neither were very good and they took a while as they had to call the bartender over to make them. We all just had appetizers and we were less than impressed with them. One was a pick 3 sampler and they wouldn’t let us get two orders of wings of different sauces without an up charge. He had to go ask and I assume the owner (also was the bartender) and he arbitrarily said no, unless we wanted an up charge. No big deal.
Then, the two groups that came in after us got their food first. Finally, the food came. The chips were terrible, the fried food was below average, and my loaded potatoes were just covered in microwaved cheese and bacon bits out of a bag. One thing I will say-​the hot buffalo sauce for the wings was unique. I enjoyed the sauce, but the wings were overcooked. Can’t imagine it’s very well managed during busy hours. Should have checked other Unilocal reviews before stopping in. The only reason I’m writing this review, is they don’t understand customer service. It’s Father’s Day. We all left in a bad mood. Luckily, we’re on the lake or they might have ruined our day. Whoever manages this place needs to change their ways or step down. This is my first one star review on Unilocal and that should say something.

Lake food… always a problem. We had a larger group, about 10 of us. I just remember total chaos. It took so long to get seated and get menus and get around to ordering I actually didn’t order anything. But I did eat some appetizers and I shared some ribs with my friends. Being from KC I’m picky about ribs but they were actually ok. The whole vibe of the place was just really off. I got the impression that we were keeping them after closing (we got there around 8:30 on a Saturday night).

The food was pretty good and prices not bad. Nothing to write home about.
The drinks were really good. I had the Come Monday and could have had several.
Service was rough, there were only 2 front if house staff.
The view however was great.

Slow service. Food is mediocre. We ate there three times in a week, first night on property, breakfast and then a lunch. Breakfast was ok the rest not so much

Slow and disorganized. Hostess also sets tables. Over 30 minutes to see wait staff after seating. They had to call in staff. Also, the hostess made excuses that they had all been working since early in the morning. NOT my problem. We did get menus in 30 minutes, only because we sat in the bar and requested menus finally. I had gone to hostess after 20 minutes and she still had groups of 14, 4, 3 in front of us still. The blame on this is ownership. Hostess should not be setting tables. She is away from front counter way too much. I stay in the area every 2 years. Won’t eat here again.

Dined here because we’re staying here. For a place who is supposedly known for ribs I have to say the cook must never taste his/​her cooking. Ribs were flavor-​less and dry as this summer has been. My date had a steak which was better tasting. Baked potatoes were dark in color on the inside so they had been sitting all day, probably keeping those ribs company. I do not recommend this place at all.

Had good food and good service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Excellent view and the tiki bar at night had good music and a fun time.

The view is great, service was fantastic (very uncommon for any place on the lake) and the ribs fall off the bones. Prices were surprisingly reasonable. Really enjoyed, went twice in two days. Will definately return.
