Subway

This is a very average Subway and it’s in need of some help. The staff was not trained like the Subway staff I have come to expect. The sandwich was made quickly and sloppily, the meat was just thrown on and it spilled out each side. The bread was cracked on top from the lack of moisture within it, biting into it reminded me of sawdust. On the bright side, the vegetables looked very fresh and well maintained but the skill set in order to place them correctly on the sandwich was again lacking. As I was watching my sandwich being thrown together I noticed that the door to the bread rack had been removed and flies were swarming the inside of it. The sight of that did not sit well with me. Once my sandwich was «done» it was thrown into the paper and improperly wrapped leaving one side unwrapped with all of the sloppy contents falling out. My cookie was hard as a rock and no longer a treat at the end of my meal and left me wishing I was back at my favorite Subway. All in all, this Subway is not horrible but they really need a good manager to come in a straighten some things out. I would give it 2.5 stars but since I can’t do that they will get a 3.
