Ok where to begin. I will start here, yes I understand that this McDonald’s hires mostly teenagers. That being said there is absolutely no excuse for cold fries or incorrect orders. The speed of the drive thru has picked up and that is a great thing. Here is an idea give these kids a reading test and micro manage them until they can get every aspect of their job correct. But then again the manager needs to be held responsible for her employees.
