A mattress is not an everyday purchase and is certainly not something to buy on a whim. I was afraid of a high pressure sales associate but our experience at this Mattress Firm proved relaxing and informative. We were helped by Justin and he never pressured us to go above our stated budget. In fact, he worked to provide us with the best possible options within our budget and gave us the best deals available.

The salesman was great not pushy at all but very informative. Store decorated nicely. Color coded firmness system is very helpful.

The mattress is fine, no complaints what so ever. None! Good price and store stock availability. You need to know what you are looking for, with an idea on the price.
They delivered when they said they would, yet didn’t call us first. We have dogs, and there we were hustling to get them locked in when we saw the truck drive in the driveway. That’s part of the reason we ask people delivering things to call first.
The delivery guys opened the screen door, making it stay open, which was fine. In they came. Not saying one word, none. No words to us, not even acknowledging us. My son told them where to put the frame, which they built in his room. Then came the box springs (one guy handling it. Then came the mattress, one guy handling it.
Then they gave us the receipt, saying, «Here. Here’s some mints and a Bed Bath and Beyond coupon.» And they left. Not that they are supposed to say alot of conversation, but a «Hello» would’ve been nice, and an identification. The truck was a white truck, without a «Mattress Firm» sign on it. Then they took the futon mattress, hardly giving us a chance to bring in the dogs so they’d not run out of the garage, just in case. it was on the porch.
I gave them 2 stars, but I’ll use them again when I replace my own mattress, cause of the price.

In need of a mattress set for my 3yo I wanted something cheap, but comfortable enough I wouldn’t feel like I was punishing him to sleep on it. I stopped in Mattress Firm and the guys were helpful and was able to find a nice mattress.
The key though was to go in with a goal in mind and stand on it, everything is on sale always no matter what they say. I came in about 3 times over a two week period of shopping around and was helped by many different people, some gave straight up prices and other tried to say they were giving a deal but in the end always the same price. It kind of reminded me of Macy’s and there 1 day sales that have been going on for the last few years.
Overall though, they have good products at cheap prices. If you are planning on purchasing a big name mattress though, you can probably find better prices at NFM.
