Cody Bellah is full of crap. He will blow so much smoke up your butt about, if he can’t get you a loan, nobody can. Well I even had 20% down and he couldn’t do squat. That was 2 months ago. Well about 2 hours after he told me no way, I needed to wait at least a year… I was approved by another lender and am moving in my own home soon. He is a liar and all be cares about is his commission. I think he just didn’t want to help because I was below the $$ he wants to work for.
