I see why this place has negative reviews. First off, someone didn’t get their onion rings until they were already done eating. Then when we got our order it was wrong. I wanted a double whopper Jr only cheese. I got a regular double Jr and a single only cheese. Then some guy complains there is no music playing. Turns out he’s an inspector. Wonder how this will turn out. A few minutes after I finished my review, the onion ring lady called out the manager telling one of her coworkers that she was trying to get free food. PRICELESS!

So the health inspector was saying this was an emergency inspection. Also for some reason the manager was keeping the restaurant’s tomato slicer in her car??? Do NOT eat here!!!

Only gave it 1 star because zero isn’t an option. EVERY TIME I’ve come here the food is cold and disgusting. I’ve called to complain and nothing changes. The service is mediocre at best. For a fast food place that hardly ever has cars in it, you’d expect hot food at least. I stopped going here and I’ll go to the one on 39^th street by Centerpoint.

A day or so ago, I went in and ordered a #11 meal. How complicated is that? I stood and waited and waited for someone to come to the front counter. They were favoring drive-​in customers. As I stood at the front counter, a young boy came sauntering in, obviously dreading another workday. He put on his apron like it was a yolk and slipped his hat on. The employees were not scurrying around back there like in a fast food place. They were wandering around not sure what to do next. Maybe they need to hire a trainer. About two or three of them looked like they had just woken up as they dragged themselves to their areas. This must have been a change of shift. It wasn’t changing too fast. The shift before this obviously done already split. Finally, someone took my order. I wanted an Irish mint shake. We’re sorry, we’re out of ice cream. The girl gave me a cup, and I proceeded to the fountain for a drink. The machine was out of four choices of drink. It said s-​s-​s-​s-​s-​s. I got a strawberry something. It was watered down and almost tasteless. It tasted like soda water. I sort of got some ketchup from the dispenser, a dab the size of a dime. Out of ketchup. For my #11 meal, they were out of French fries, but would I like fried onions or hash browns. I waited and waited — 10 minutes. An elderly couple was sitting near by. They had been waiting when I walked in. The lady commented that «Maybe this wasn’t such a good idea.» Apparently they had waited for their order long before I ordered mine. The place was definitely not swamped with orders. Just six customers in the whole room including myself. While waiting for my order, I went to the counter and told the girl they were out of ketchup. She was sorry of course, and handed me one plastic container of not enough ketchup. When she finally brought my order, the sandwich was messy and awkward to eat because it was oozing with mayo. A mayo sandwich would better describe it. I had to go to the counter a second time for ketchup. The «manager» was trying to encourage the «help» to work faster. «Common, guys…» She had control over them like a cob web leash has control over a horse. Would I expect any of these employees to be there next week? I wouldn’t think so. Unless the district manager is also lazy riff-​raff.

Poor service went through drive thru horrible service got home chicken sandwich only had chicken and bun nothing else went back up they fixed it but didn’t give me anything for my troubles just glared at me the whole time looking at me like I was an idiot almost just wanted to get my money back

Super fast, friendly service! The facilities were bright and clean. My food was hot and fresh. Great experience.
