old equipment working and keep it going. Jason is helpful, quick and reasonable.

Having experienced the BSOD (Black Screen of Death) on my 3 year old HP Pavilion DV7 Laptop, I set out to find a local and affordable repair shop. So I called up «AE» and was greeted by Jason who was friendly and very informative. He said they would diagnose my laptop for FREE and call me with options and pricing. He also told me they had a two day turnaround on all repairs. After dropping off my laptop it took Jason less than an hour to diagnose the issue and quote me a price for repair. He replaced my hard drive, re-​installed the native operating system, downloaded all the necessary drivers, and cleaned the heat-​sink and fan for $ 180. I was so pleased with the repairs and communication that I had him install 4 Gig of DDR3 Ram while he had it open. I had my laptop back before 6pm that night and couldn’t be happier with the service «AE» provided. It’s been a week now and my laptop is running cooler and faster than it did new! My only regret is that I didn’t check Groupon before going in because they currently have a deal ;-)
