For the past few years, I’ve been organizing feeds for the hungry down in Reno. We usually feed anywhere from 150 to 350 people at a time, depending on the time of year and time of month. Crockpots come in dead handy for feeding that many people when you are a working stiff like me, so recently I popped in and found a nearly brand new Rival crockpot for just $ 10 — it even still had the original instructions on it! Great prices, a wide mix of clothing, furniture and household goods, and it all goes to a good cause. Yay.
