RE/MAX North Lake

My wife and I started looking 3 years ago for a place in the Incline Village /​Crystal Bay area. We met Don and were very impressed by his JEDI Level local knowledge of the real estate market, but more importantly, his knowledge of the local trails and ski resorts. For us, we were looking for a lifestyle just as much as a good deal on a home away from home… At any rate, Don and Sabrina know their stuff!
Fun Fact: Don talked us out of about 3 different properties over 3 years (Yes, he’s a patient man) that were twice as much as the home he eventually sold us.
Why: He felt those homes were simply not good fits for us… How many agents level with you like that? Most agents just want to get the deal done and make their $ and move on. Total integrity. Cool beans, right?
