There is not one person on this entire staff that I do not like. Everyone in Dr. Nichols’ office is professional, friendly, and extremely organized. Customer service is so very important to me and they have surpassed all expectations. Additionally, I think it’s very important to know that they actually share their skills with those in need. Members of their staff travel to other countries to provide humanitarian assistance to those of whom are in dire need of dental treatment. Simply put… wow! Thanks for helping me keep my teeth healthy!

This office as a whole is absolutely wonderful! Before even going into the office for my appointment, Magda, was very polite and professional over the phone. When my appointment came up I didn’t wait for more than 5 minutes which was AWESOME! The entire staff was friendly and very professional. I was comfortable the entire time and couldn’t ask for a better Dental Office in the Valley. I’m looking forward to my next appointment!

Could not ask for a better experience! I called as a new patient to set up an exam and was able to get in within the next week. When I got there the woman at the front desk (Magda is her name, sorry if that is spelled wrong) was absolutely fantastic! She answered all my billing and insurance questions and was just generally very friendly! Susan did my exam and cleaning and she was fantastic! Everyone was very polite. Dr. Nichols also did a crown and a filling for me a few weeks after that and he was just great! He made sure I was comfortable and that my mouth was numb before he started doing any work. I can not say enough good things about this place and the staff. Will never go to another dentist as long as I’m living in the valley!
