I ordered about 40 tacos to go for a family gathering because I heard they were good tacos. To find out when I arrived home no lemons were in the bag or chiles and onion either which tacos el Gordo always supply with and they shortened me a abobada taco for a veggie taco which wasn’t tasteful. I wasn’t impressed with the service either and the tacos are over priced.

This place has some seriously great street tacos. I kept coming back for the pescado (fish) taco. Perfection really. They gave out some little containers of cucumbers with Tajin and lime to snack on while I waited.
Not lots of room to enjoy your grub. Two tables for two and then some counter seating. But it does the job. Street parking. Friendly service. One thing I’d stay away from is the corn. It didn’t wow me and was kind of cold. Skip that.

Great tacos!!! The tortillas are super good never harden or break. The meat is seasoned perfect ! Right next to the beach can’t beat it best taco shop in South Bay. but it’s only that TACOS

I usually go to tacos el Gordo for tacos but since coming to ib street tacos I may have to switch. Yes the tacos at Gordo are very delicious but I find myself getting extreme heart burn when I eat the tacos. Ib street tacos is where it’s at, cheap delicious tacos at a great price. I usually get the adobado tacos to go and come home and put massive amounts of pineapple on them, totally takes the taco to a whole notha level!!!
I tried the elote today and I may have to go back for another one, from the grill marks to the mayo, cheese and spices I’m impressed! Best taco place for a hungry pregnant women, job well done guys!

What can I say… I LOVE MEXICAN food. This restaurant is amazing. The tacos are all do divine and the Corn on the Cob is like a dessert. You must stop by and I guarantee you will be hooked. The employees are the nicest too.

Tacos were good! We had the asada and chicken tacos and they were great, even better with the green salsa. Also had the grilled corn which was delicious. It was affordable and cute, right out looking the beach.

Super friendly cashier. This place is simple, affordable, great tasting tacos, and the food comes out fresh and quickly. 15 minutes from my house but worth the drive. The corn on the cob was pretty amazing too. I will be back for sure.

AWESOME taco joint. They even have some off menu items such as burritos. Just ask. Friendly staff, busy hopping atmosphere. The drawback for me was that they gave me the wrong item (I was given Asada when I ordered Adobada) Delicious. Will be back. If you are on the fence, visit them.

Super good ! I personally had the carnitas mulitas and it was delicious. The tortillas are hand made and so good ! If you order tacos I definitely recommend ordering with the corn tortillas, some of the tacos are served on flour and only serve then with corn upon request. Definitely recommended !

All the tacos are under 3 $ !! We got The chicken and steak tacos for 2 $ a piece! ! They _​ere unfortunately were out of the corn that I was dying to try. Will definitely be back!

IB tacos is always a good choice. Extremely affordable ($ 2 tacos) and extremely delicious. Loved the fish and carne asada tacos. Homemade tortillas? Not sure, but they tasted like it. Perfect snack when you’re spending the day at the beach

The obvious comparison would be to Tacos El Gordo, which is where we used to go.
Compared to Tacos El Gordo, IB Street Tacos…
= Is about the same price.
+ Has less of a line
+ Stuffs more meat in the tacos
+ Gives you more guac, and it tastes fresher
+ Has fish tacos. Tacos El Gordo doesn’t.
— Does not have some of the more exotic cuts, i.e. Lengua, Cabeza
So yea, it’s great!
Stay away from the pollo and carnitas though. Bland… But the Carne Asada, Adobada, and Pescado are great!

Judging a book by its cover would be a mistake! Small shack like restaurant with limited seating.
Carne Asada two thumbs up! Garnished with a variety of toppings marry the overall flavors together that make it superb. :) Pollo asada lacked the same robustness and found it on the bland side. Corn tortillas homemade goodness like no others I’ve had. Green and red sauce are tasty but proceed with caution with the red unless you have water handy. This place is definite the worth the stop.

Didn’t like this joint. Great presentation… my tacos looked delicious. Let me tell you… looks are deceiving. The tacos lacked flavor. The chicken and asada were very very bland. Very disappointing :-(
It really irritates me to spend my hard earned money on bad food.

IB tacos are great and very affordable. The tortillas seemed to be made there because they taste homemade.
They start you up with some pepinos y jicama with Tajin. I have tried the mulita that is a perfect meal for one. The taco de pescado is very tasty with their Chipotle salsa. The tacos al pastor are authentic and the carnitas are delicious. All the salsas are very flavorful including the guacasalsa, yummy. The best part is the service and the prices wow!

Great location, right across from the beach.
Good prices and good flavors. My personal favorite, the mulita. I’ll get it just for the cheese, delicious! Do yourself a favor and ask for pineapple in it, just a tip ;)
This place is spanking brand new, so they have a lot of potential.
There are some good flavors. I think that once things are better situated and they get more demand their flavors will evolve.
Good touch to add fresh guacamole, it really enhances the flavor.
If you happen to be in IB you should try it just for the hell of it, I believe there will be an item or two you will love.
