M-53 Motel

Booked this hotel online for an «awesome price» and should have known better. Called multiple times to confirm our reservation, each time spoke to someone who could barely understand or speak English. They assured us over and over that we would be okay to check in at the time requested (we were traveling out of town for a wedding and needed a later check in). Turns out they either didn’t understand our request (language barrier?) or just flat out lied. Upon arrival to check in, the place was locked and closed for the night. Should have known that if we had to call four times just to make sure they understood what we needed, that this place would be a joke. The person on the phone seemed to be reading from a script, they would flip pages and read every time a question was asked.
Don’t waste your time and money! Find a different hotel, that’s what we had to do.
