Been here a couple times. Loved the hot pot. Went with my girlfriend and we both ordered chicken noodle soup, she got it and I got Thai Curry, which turned out to be better anyway. Phad Thai next.

I really like this place. The only downside is that the portions are small for what you pay. I came and got a large bowl of their Alfredo and ended up paying close to $ 11 for that and a drink. I felt I could’ve eaten two full bowls for the amount that they give you. Other than that, the food is really good. Service is also really great. Another one that I eat frequently is their Wisconsin Cheesesteak. Very tasty.

The food was super good and it’s nice that they have vegetarian options. Somewhere in IF with tofu. I’m in love.

The manager needs more training and staff does as well. I had lunch at Noodles and Company with a Special Needs individual. When I left to go to the restroom, I was shocked to see a waitress cleaning our table when we weren’t done yet. My Special Needs friend was still sitting at the table and she was lifting our plates of food, wiping everything down into my friend’s lap. We weren’t even done eating yet and she was cleaning our table! I’m sorry – absolutely unacceptable.

we went in with our special needs Friday lunch group. There were 14 of us. That is 14 paying customers. The manager said ok but that takes up half of our dining room. The rest of the staff was very rude and you could definitely tell that they could not wait for us to leave. The food is mediocre at best noodles with very little sauce, but after the way we were treated it made the food way worse.

Wow, amazing! Very happy with the service! My kids had the Mac and cheese(they split a large bowl) and I had the penne rosa with Parmesan crusted chicken) I think it’s called?) very good portions and enjoyed that they carry beer too! Had a garden tossed salad that was delicious too with large cut cucumbers, tomatoes and a sweet vinaigrette dressing! Will definitely be back again!

It was sooooo busy but me and my aunt got our order within minutes of paying! Our cashier was hilarious and so nice! And the food was great! It was my aunts first time and she practically scraped her plate clean! And they have great prices. Very cheap but delicious! Better than the noodles and company in Clackamas, Oregon.

I wasn’t impressed at all. Sadly I am sure that part of the problem is just ironing out the bumps of a new business but there were a LOT of bumps. For starters the parking lot was completely full yet when we walked in it didn’t look like it was full to capacity. I was there with two of my sisters and we figured out what we wanted to order. My younger sister does not like spicy food. She ordered something based on the menu and what it indicated was in the food. When she got it there were additional spices in the sauce that made it too spicy for her. She ended up just taking it home to her husband and didn’t eat anything. I ordered a small bowl of buttered noodles with the Parmesan crusted chicken on it and a small drink. They did not have the noodles that normally come with that dish so the young lady had to look up what my options were. The pop dispensing machine either wasn’t working or someone did a very poor job of managing the syrup they had on hand. The only thing available was diet drinks but all three of us had already paid for drinks when this was figured out. There were 6 tables in need of being bused when we walked in and there was no one doing it. There were several people in front of us that had to wait for a table to be cleared. There was one young lady in particular that ended up busing tables after being told that they should not have 4 people huddled around the food prep area. She was more interesting in talking to people than doing her job. The floors had not been swept or vacuumed all day it looked like and honestly almost like more than a day had passed since it had happened. The ice in the pop machine was out. When I did get my food there was very little chicken on it and it was overly salty. All in all it was not my best experience. I struggle with giving this place a second chance but maybe once they iron out more of the bumps!

The macaroni was under-cooked and literally had no flavor. My 5 year old who loves macaroni wouldn’t even eat it. My spaghetti was ok, but nothing great. The people with us who ordered Asian style liked theirs a bit more. Also, we waited 30 min in line for our soda. We may give them another chance when things calm down, but I am not sure. I will edit my review if management contacts me.

The manager made things right with me and actually exceeded my expectations(this never happens). The food is good, at least when he makes it. It seems to be lacking in flavor when made by others. If this gets corrected I would happily make this a 4 star rating. Thanks for going above and beyond to surpass my expectations.

Excellent service, honestly some of the best I’ve had at a chain restaurant. I’ve tried everything on the menu, and honestly I love the Asian dishes. The Japanese pan noodles are my favorite, but the Indonesian Peanut Sauté is a close second. The sauce for the pot stickers is pretty awesome, spicy and sweet, and savory. The only dishes I didn’t care for were the spaghetti and the Mac’n cheese, but that’s only because I could make them better at home.

I’ve been to several different Noodles locations in Colorado and Texas. The new one here in Ammon is terrible in comparison. First off, it stinks. Literally. As soon as you walk in, the odor hits you. Poor or no ventilation, other than the door being open. Which it has to be because during the lunch hour rush, only one of the three registers are staffed, meaning there’s a line of people out the door. Standing in line outside is a hazard when you consider the drive in forward, back out in reverse if it’s full parking lot. But still safer than waiting inside. The floor is littered with papers, napkins, food, utensils and Lord knows what else. The franchises I’ve been to are operated much more efficiently with about 1⁄3 the staff. Food’s good though.

Amazing food. American, Mediterranean and Asian menu. Great for adults and kids! The people are very kind and hospitable.
