Fiesta Olé’ is a great smaller town fast food restaurant. I’ve been here a couple of times over the last 2 – 3 years while visiting friends in Idaho Falls and family in Rexburg. During this visit we were hungry after some slow driving through very mild snowfall. We pulled up, walked in, and were happy to be in a nice warm building. The menu is pretty big. This isn’t authentic Mexican, it’s your Taco Bell/Del Taco Mexican, but I’d say a small step up from that. I went with a carne asada steak burrito and some cheesy fiesta tots. We waited a bit, my brother noticed there wasn’t a bathroom and had to run over to Walgreens across the street, and around when he came back our food was ready. They’ve got several salsas and sauces you can self-serve. I went with some ranch for my tots and some salsa for my burrito. The burrito was good, pretty big, and very filling. It wasn’t particularly flavorful, but with some salsa on it I was happy. The tots were really good, covered in cheese, and after dipping them in some ranch they were fantastic. Overall it’s a great, quick stop if you need something in Idaho Falls. Better than the competition, I’ll definitely be stopping by again.

Just down the street from where I work. So yummy. Its always been one of my favs for fast food. I love the sweet pork burrito. This is not authentic Mexican so dont expect that.

Not bad for interstate options. Vegetarian burritos. Small decent salsa bar. Pretty fast. Guacamole was not good though. It seemed diluted — maybe with sour cream?
