I went to get scratch tickets this morning as I do every Thursday… when a short man told me I could not get any tickets because he has to count them all and send them to the commissioners office and told me its 6:20am and I needed to wait until 7… I knew he was lying because for years I’ve been coming to this location and got tickets before work. I felt it was a racial issue and being that I work for the city of Boston I will pursue this issue further.

One star because the woman who answered the phone wouldn’t let me place a phone order for a sandwich at 11:35 a.m. She said it’s too late. Funny, the guys in the deli always take my order around this time. Guess the line workers care more about customer service than management.
Four stars for the wide assortment of sandwiches made with Boar’s Head cold cuts.
If I average and round-​up (because my Chicken Fajita Wrap was really good today) they get a 3.
