All the renovations in the world make absolutely no difference to make up for the terrible attitude of the employees and managers here.
Pros: it’s close by, open till 9 pm
Cons: very expensive, rude staff and management, roof leaks after all those renovations (shows they cheap out) sandwiches are way too pricey for how little meat and cheese they put on,
Previous employee tips: not a good place to work for. They are the type of place to not fire you, but instead will cut your hours down so much that you eventually quit. They will even have someone new start working before hand. (New York State calls that strategic firing). Also, if you have chronic illnesses, even if you have medical proof from legitimate doctors, they do not care and will fire you anyway (or force you to quit like they have done to many previous employees) I also got wind that a class action lawsuit is in the works from previous employees here about some of the illegal practices that take place at all 3 locations. So if anyone knows of a former employee who would like to become part of the lawsuit, please contact me.
Final word: all in all, if your hungry, close by, and don’t mind paying way too much for way to little, then stop on by. However, you are better off taking your money elsewhere that will actually give you your monies worth.

This place has been under renovation for awhile, but the changes so far look really good!
The service here isn’t the friendliest (smile, girls!), but the sandwiches are fresh and delicious! They get the orders right every time, so that makes up for the lack of friendliness.
