Was looking for good NY pizzeria food and found it! The food is excellent. I promise that you will enjoy whatever you decide to eat. The wings were crispy, fresh, and flavorful. The calzone I ordered was delicious too. I even ate the marinara that came with it, which is unusual for me. Off the hook!

Ordered a grandma pizza and there were literally four pieces of cheese on the pie. This place is a rip off and the pizza is terrible.

We stopped in for a couple slices, and to share an Eggplant Parm Hero. With 2 soft drinks it came to $ 17.00 or so. I thought the price was pretty good. The food was really good. My wife’s buffalo chicken pizza was basically begging me to try it. The Sicilian slice I had was nice and fluffy. The eggplant parm was good. All in all, I’m going back. Also, check in w them on Unilocal and get 10% off your order. That never sucks!

This is only a delivery experience! I have not eaten at the pizza place itself. Delivery always comes quickly, even at prime time on a Saturday night. The pizza is good, not too oily or greasy and the crust is a good combination of doughy but firm. The prices are definitely reasonable. This is where we always order pizza from in Hyde Park.

Visiting the area with some friends and stumbled across this gem. I got the Thai Chicken Pizza!!! Fabulous!!! Great sweet and spicy flavor:-) I’m not always one to try this type of pizza but I was glad that I did… going back soon!

Gem in small town; great selection of quality pizza slices. Completely didn’t expect that looking at the store front; thanks Unilocal for finding this one.

Delivery came on time despite being Super Bowl Sunday but wings smelled like it was fried in rancid oil and fries were packed with no air filter to prevent sogginess which I specifically asked them to do and was told they did. Pizza is good and even better when reheated in the oven. Highly suggest owner or manager to check oil as often as possible. Fryer station can be the most neglected station but should be the most important since it brings in the money and can be costly when treated incorrectly due to constant oil turnover.

Wow I was so upset with my order. Last week I ordered a pizza and a Italian sub. Pizza was great but that sub was the worst it had one(YESONE) thick piece of ham with a big line of fat in the middle, you could not miss it. Now I did ask for no cheese however on each side of sub was again ONEPIECE of salami, lettuce and one slice of tomato and that’s it so all together 2PIECESOFMEAT and one was uneatable. I did call so I could ask for a refund but no one returned my call. Sorry to say worst sandwich ever and not worth the price but even if it was free still would not of touch the disgusting ham.

When we moved here a few months back, this was the first pizzeria my husband and I tried one night. After being spoiled by Pleasant Ridge II in Beacon, we looked forward to finding a similar restaurant that would be able to make our favorite combo pies and chicken dinners. Unfortunately, we didn’t find it in this restaurant. The lack of options plus the bland pizza made us never want to come back.

Friendly fast service but the pizza itself was really spoken too highly of on here by other Unilocalers, and I usually find their taste spot on. Sorry!

The pizza is not really the best, but everything else is great! They do not charge for shipping, and have a great deal on hot subs. My favorite is chicken parm… they are not skimpy at all!

I can’t rave enough about this place. Everything about Joe Cristiano’s is top-notch — the pizza, the atmosphere, and most of all, the owners. These guys get it, plain and simple. You’d be hard-pressed to find a better slice in northern NY state. Moreover, their wings are ridiculously good. Should you want to wash down the delicious eats with a nice cold beverage? Joe Cs has a refrigerator stocked full of a wide variety of unique soft drinks(some I’ve never seen before). The prices are quite reasonable and the friendliness of the staff is always a pleasure. I’ll be kicking it back with friends, eating slices, and reminiscing about the good ol’ days at this place for years to come.

This is a find! There’s something special going on at this place. Someone’s paying attention and cares so much about the food that they sign their name to it! Think about it. They’re so proud of their food, that they sign their name to it. And they should. The pizza is exceptional. I’ve tried a plain slice, and a special eggplant Sicilian(so far). The plain slice was NYC style and just right. The Sicilian had a very special, light but sturdy crust with a bit of crisp and nice bit of olive oil. I won’t go on and on – It’s just not appropriate to explain a slice of pizza in precious terms so let’s just say, it’s very, very, unusually good. Village Pizza in Rhinebeck was my reliably very good pizza. But, of course, it’s Rhinebeck so it’s reliably overpriced and not particularly exceptional. THEN, on the way to Poughkeepsie, I made a very quick stop at Joe Christiano’s(because I, and my 9 and 7 y/o boys, were running late, as usual). It’s easy to drive by this place, thinking it’s just another small, pizza place like all the others.. . But it’s not like all the other pizza places you drive by all the time in the valley! Go there. Stop there. It’s worth the trip of the stop. More news when I get to try more.

the CIA was booked so we came here, a good result for us. excellent food and service. had the standard pizza slice, eggplant slice, and salad, all were excellent. and you cannot beat the meatball sliders for $ 1, excellent flavor, you can tell they are homemade and fresh. also, to my pleasant surprise, the canolis were perfect, not the best shell i have had, but the filling was excellent. wish this was closer to home.

We needed a place to pick up food to take to the drive in theater and decided to try this place. We got a pie, wings and salad. The wings and pizza were good, the salad was nothing special. I will come back and try the pastas.

In town visiting my ‘rents; and was missing a New York slice. Pizza was great, and delivery earlier than stated. Best of all? Quite possibly the best cannoli I’ve ever eaten. Fabulous!

Good pizza. good sauce, oily, and delicious. The most dependable pizzaria near the CIA. All of the other pizza joints around the area kind of suck. A lot. I usually get the large pizza and 20 wings deal to share with some friends. My favorite toppings are pepperoni, sausage, and bacon. Also, the wings are DELICIOUS. I get a the original hot wings and get bleu cheese and ranch dress for dipping. It’s always good to have options. It was good. I love their hot wings. I like thier pizza. Joe Cristiano’s makes me happy.

Having moved to NY from VA about nine months ago, I figured I was in for some tasty, tasty pizza. Unfortunately, until we found Joe Cristiano’s, most of the pizza we’d had was pretty ho-hum. Joe Cristiano’s is solid, consistent, and always on time. All the ingredients are fresh, and after having a few pizzas with canned green peppers from T & F, this made a huuuuge difference. Comparing it to one of the big pizza chains, I’d say it’s kinda like Papa John’s in terms of ingredient quality and crust style. Unfortunately, all I’ve had from their menu is a few pizzas — it looks like there’s a lot more that they make(hot subs, calzones, the usual from a good pizza joint), so I have no idea if those are good or not, but I’d be willing to give ‘em a shot.
