Dunkin’ Donuts

Great experience in this hidden Dunkin D’s at the very, very end of Hyde Park Avenue.
I pay attention to detail more than the average person, and have driven Hyde Park Avenue many, many times and have NOT ONCE noticed this Dunkin Donuts! It has a drive thru and everything. Friendly, efficient staff, particularly for the drive thru. I was SO impressed, since I ordered a bagel and they put cream cheese ON the bagel AND an additional container in the bag. This has never happened at ANY other DD I’ve ever been to. Great customer service. Perhaps I will make a special trip back just to visit this location. Easily 5 stars.
Located at the intersection where Hyde Park Avenue Ends & Neponset Valley Pkwy, and Wollcott Ct. Located right by the weird bridge and train station.

I come here often. And I’m often in a hurry. Perhaps it’s the time of the morning, but the service is usually fast if you go inside. The drive thru line is long and I have had little luck with the servers getting my order correct. The most recent visit, I asked for a croissant with egg and turkey sausage, no cheese. I got a croissant with cheese, two sausages and no egg. Further, I’m not too impressed with the overall cleanliness of this one. When you go to pick up your order, there’s a trash bin that’s usually brimming @ 6:30 am. This has to be rectified. Right now, I’m going with a lose-​lose here. There’s another one further up on Hyde park avenue, which is a little better.
