I have had positive and negative experiences with this tile distributor. Let’s start with the positive: Pros: They sell Laticrete, Mapei, And Schluter. They have a lot of tile as well. Cons: Customer service. They are consistently shorthanded on personnel. Floyd usually works the front counter where most patrons go to order tile and ask questions. He knows what he is doing but he is only one person and it can get busy. If you buy tile MAKESURE you get what you want by checking tile they pull before leaving. I ordered Roca tile that had to be picked up by truck from the manufacturer’s warehouse in Virginia. The ticket was correct, but the wrong tile was loaded into the truck. I ordered polished and they gave me unpolished. Michelle corrected the mistake and ordered the correct tile without my having to return the incorrect tile over the phone. When correct tile comes in I’ll return incorrect tile. This is how they salvaged a 3 star rating. Her excuse is that the company loads the truck. I asked if they check the tile as its being loaded and she said they do but on rare occasions a mix up occurs. I can see how this happened. I needed more tile I ordered 2 boxes with a shade of 10 and a caliber of 0 in glazed. Color, shade, and caliber were all correct but it was Unglazed Sita tile seems to have there act together more than Morris however Morris seems to have a slight edge in selection.

Let’s start on a positive note: The tile selection is good and extensive. But sometimes supporting smaller business is a challenge. Take this place for example. On a slow Monday morning, with only two other customers in the entire store, I stood in line for questions for over 45 minutes and never received any assistance or acknowlegment for that matter. The two employees on staff were way too engaged in a personal conversation with a guy that wasn’t even buying anything! These guys really missed out on a potential sale. Next!
