Mattress Discounters Hyattsville

I went to three different mattress stores (which shall remain nameless) to shop at Labor Day sales, and none of the sales clerks could answer even basic questions about the mattresses. Feeling somewhat frustrated, I went to Mattress Discounters in Hyattsville. My salesman, Bill, was not only very friendly and customer service oriented, he was able to answer all of my questions and then some. He knew his mattresses inside and out and encouraged me try out several different models in the store with no pressure. He understood what I needed for my arthritic back, and he also did not make me feel like I was wasting his time with all of my questions. I decided on the Serta iSeries firm, but told Bill I wanted to take 24 hours to think about it. He and his colleague Glen were willing to work with me and do what it took so that I would buy the same day. Price was not an issue because the mattress was already at an incredible price and within my range, but they lowered it even more. I also needed a frame and a mattress pad, and they gave me major discounts on both! How could I say no after that? I recommend Mattress Discounters without hesitation. Bill was great to work with, and so was Glen. They really earned my business, and you should give them a chance to earn yours.
