Derek the store manager is a jerk, hothead, a tosser, a person of limited brain cells, place fave insult here… He was rude to the customer in front of me so that should of been a clue all because her English wasn’t good and she had a return/exchange. My interaction with the jerk wasn’t anybody and I speak English just fine. He refused an exchange with receipt because it was outside the 60days of purchase with the store credit card even though the size and length was not correct on tag sewn into the pants and that’s why I wanted to exchange for exact item just correctly tagged! He wanted to give me the clearance price — screw that I paid $ 70 for these pants! Then when I said I wanted to talk to the supervisor or manager he said he was. Fine, I want to talk to the regional or district manager he says they don’t have one — total BS don’t believe that for one minute. Then fine HQ — another woman says we can give u the customer service number, ummm no you can call from here. I am not using my phone to let you talk to someone in your chain of command. I tell her as she is writing down the number for me, then she can’t find the store phone, well gee glad I’m not a Customer calling u or another store. So here I am back in my car still with these same damn pants that are tagged as tall and are really petites! Needless to say never going back Hyattsville lane Bryant sucks the big one don’t waster your time at this hole!

Great clothes and great service. I was a little leery of Lane Bryant because I know their prices can be steep, but I know their clothes are quality. Sometimes you have to pay to play. I recently went and stocked up on nice business blazers and slacks for work. It was a terrific experience. Both associates were patient and friendly. 5 stars!

OMG!!! What in the world happened here… I thought this was a great place to shop. I was so wrong. They must have new management or something.(I use to work for this company a little over 4 years ago, and they must have changed there whole company policy.) The customer service is horrid at that this place. Talking with each other, not really caring that the customer is there. I did an online return in the store, and they told me that they had to send it back that way, and I would get my account credited, back in a few day. When did they start doing that… I guess, I will have to travel to Va., when it comes to getting stuff from here… So sad, that I use to work for a place like this, who doesn’t care about a customers needs…
