DO NOT hire! I hired this company one month in advance & explained that I needed to be out by noon on the day of cleaning for my landlord. Cleaner said he would arrive by 10. I confirmed again 2 days before cleaning.
At 10:45 I called to ask where he was, he said he was running late, would be there by noon. I told him I had to be out by then, he said «dont do this to me.» He hadn’t arrived by 12:30 so I called, he said he was still on his way. I asked exactly where he was and he told me the wrong city. He wasn’t coming at all. He made no apologies or explanations.
I was stuck paying another company 3.5 times their normal rate to make a last minute clean and I was very late moving out of my apartment for the next tenant.
