Flamers Charbroiled

This is place is located in a food court in PG Plaza mall.
Burgers are grilled to order (well done), and a choice of toppings is available.
I would say the overall experience was 2 stars and that the burgers themselves were 3 stars. The burgers are grilled in front of you and have a nice flame grilled flavor. What brings the rating down over all is the amount of time that it took for everything to be made. Its true that some time should be allowed since the burgers are grilled to order at this place, but things were too slow in general. My order was processed immediately which was nice, but my friend who ordered seconds after me didn’t receive his food till minutes later, this is because the person in charge of grilling had to be reminded (by the customer) to put the burger on the grill. This is basically unacceptable, especially since this person has no other job to do (that im aware of)
In short, the food is acceptable but overpriced (five guys is cheaper and tastier). The service although polite is slow.

I’d give this five stars for the burger. It’s a great burger – similar to what you can get at Outback; however, aside from the nice and friendly service the owners provide you with, you’re left out in the cold.
This establishment has some nasty disgruntled workers who think they’re at McDonald’s. If I wanted a burger made fast and not-​to-​order, I’d got to McDonald’s (because they’re a lot cheaper)…but if I’m paying more, I had better get what I want and with a smile… Damn it!
So, if the Asian owners are there, feel free to stop by… you’ll love it.
