Every single time I use the drive thru, something is wrong with my order. Today, Monday 1÷18÷16, I ordered a vanilla chai, small black coffee, a jelly donut, and an everything bagel toasted with butter. I pull up to the window and I pay for everything, and I am given the chai and the donut and then have the window shut on me. The lady working is standing there texting, I couldn’t get her attention any other way besides beeping which I hate doing — she then gives me the coffee, then shuts the window again without giving me my bagel — so I beep again. She opens he window and gives me my bagel in a bag. Which I open 3 minutes later, and its an everything bagel NOT TOASTED WITH CREAM CHEESE.
THIS ORDER WAS NOT COMPLICATED.
MAYBE IF YOU GOT OFF YOUR FUCKING PHONE AND STOPPED TEXTING YOU WOULDN’T FUCK UP MY ORDER LITERALLY EVERY MORNING.

I went 03÷11÷15 around 7:30am in a rush close to being late to a meeting and i had to provide breakfast for the team. Great service and speed I was in and out quick. I saw the young lady making the sandwiches. Amazing she was moving so fast and everyone was in a good mood.

Saturday morning before 9 am, and they have no chocolate frosted. Even though DD says these are available as Express Dozen. I ask when they’ll make more any they say they won’t — no even if I pay. Are you sure? Will you call me if/​when you make some? No, you call us. I’ll call every hour until you make some. No call in two hours. What the hell? Is this a business? Do they want to make money? Last review wasn’t shared. This one will be.

I am absolutely over this location. I LOVE Dunkin with all my heart, and am extremely loyal to the brand– BUT THIS LOCATION — Jesus take the coffee bean! They can NOT get it together for anything. I’ve only been living in the area for a month and have been here 3 times. Successfully got coffee ONCE after waiting almost 15 minutes and there were only 5 people in there! The other two times I just walked out. Either no one paid attention at Dunkin’ Donuts Training class or they just cannot implement a system to make their orders smoothly. Also — the counter/​service area where they hand you your coffee is a hot damn mess! I’m already NOT a morning person, and nonfunctional without my coffee– I can’t handle the chaos in here.
I do not recommend — if it was the last Dunkin’ on earth I’d support Starbucks.

Two stars are because the service is at least friendly. But it’s also painfully slow. If there are 2 cars in front of you at the drive thru, plan for a minimum 10 minute wait. I love Dunkins but this one has a lot of improving to do.

Their donuts and breakfast sandwiches are always awesome. The staff here are very friendly and they try to get your order out in great timing. There is also a small eat-​in area for sitting. There is even a flat screen tv on the wall. Nice touch for a donut and coffee craving!
There is lots of parking too.

This Dunkin Donuts is always clean, with a friendly staff, and has a convenient drive-​through. They are active in the community and have fundraiser event nights for local schools and organizations. In addition to the fresh coffee, they stock the packaged coffee and new K-​cups as well.
