HORRIBLE service! I won’t ever step inside that store again in life. My wife and I bought screen protectors for our iPhone (I use the term protectors loosely)…well, 1 of the phones was dropped and the other has the protector coming up in the corner. For the dropped phone I was told that it was dropped in the one place the screen protector didn’t cover… really? When they sold me this piece of crap & used the hammer on the demo, they never mentioned this… and then to tell me that I stuck my finger on the corner of my phone & started pulling up the screen protector myself. Yep, the screen protector fairy pulled it up… poor customer service. Told me that there is nothing they can do — there is one thing — SHOVE IT!

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable technician. My daughter smashed her iphone and I had another company (cellairis kiosk) try to fix the phone but they could not. The technician (Mike) brought the phone back from the dead. Bought the warranty break for the future and a case. Also made a very cool custom case for my son’s phone. I highly recommend Cyberion.
