Rude management. Malfunctioning lanes. They sold me on the unlimited bowling cards up until Labor Day but what they failed to mention is that the Leagues take up ALL of the lanes Mon-Fri– I purchased 4 cards and feels like it was a rip off. One particular time I called ahead and asked and the guy on the phone(note to self-always get a name!!) Said that they had lanes and 15 min. later when I got there I was told all the lanes were for leagues ONLY in a rude nonchalant manner. I figured I’d try again today on a Thursday– just called and was told that I can come Monday — Friday before 5pm well I work a job so that won’t work. I feel as though they should at least have a handful of lanes for people that aren’t in leagues. – had they explained these rules when I purchased the cards I would have never purchased the bowling cards. They should cut the cards off before the leagues start, not lie and say unlimited bowling until labor day.

Recently volunteered here for the DC Special Olympics Bowling Championships. Its a very clean facility. The lanes seemed to be taken care of. Minimal computer/lane malfunctions. Don’t come hungry! These prices are out of this world! You would think they seasoned everything with flakes of gold!

I came here to celebrate a birthday with my longtime friend. I have been to this location many times — hey! I was raised in the DMV area. This place is kinda«hood» so beware. Though, looks can be deceiving. The people here are very nice-including the patrons. I arrived with my own shoes and ball and my ball was damaged! I came all the way out here for that? Bummer! Now that I think about it — I havent heard back about my ball and its been almost 3weeks.
