I used to come to Puff’s regularly since it is the only cigar bar I know of in Hyannis. It’s a chill spot with a good cigar selection. The biggest drawback of this place was that they were always out of most alcohol and usually only had the proper ingredients for one or two drinks out of several on their menu.

Even though it’s more of a lounge than a bar, it’s still a scenario that is near impossible to find in Massachusetts: enjoying a beer and a cigarette inside an establishment without getting arrested/kicked out. A place that gives me a great sense of nostalgia of better times. A must go anytime you’re on main street.

The perfect quiet reprieve from main street chaos in high season. Great bourbons, lots of smoking and cigar options. Sit back, listen to some tunes, sip a drink, smoke a cigar and enjoy! Nothing but praises…

An Oasis in the nuttiness of Main St. Very welcoming, attentive staff. Seating areas are luxurious with button-tufted Chesterfield sofa and chairs. Well stocked bar, even has Anchor Steam on tap. Ventilation system seems OK but is taxed at busy periods. Highly recommended for both the local and the weary traveler.

The good news you can smoke inside, there is alcohol and comfy chairs/couches. The bad news the establishment is a bit shabby and not as clean as it should be. People can tend to take over couch areas and stay too long. Cigar smoke can be a bit overwhelming. Limited bar — vodka good and sipping whiskeys and cognac. Wine is very limited. Owner is very nice — just a few things to tweak and it would be A-OK.
