Just ate at this restaurant and was having a great time catching up with my friend since we haven’t seen each other for six months. But was ruined by this server named Brittany who was rushing us. She btw said to us there’s no rush when she handed us the bill but we we’re still eating when she came back with a box and just grabbed my friends plate while she was literally still taking a bite which I thought was funny at first but was very RUDE of her to do so. The last time I ate here was a good experience though. The food is ok just like any chain restaurants.

OK, so a little disclaimer… My wife HATES this place. I’m not sure what happened. She used to love it, then all of a sudden«never again.» I really like it here. Sure, it’s very, very Americanized, but that’s fine. I especially like coming here with a big group where you can order 10 different things and pass them around. I don’t think I’ve had a single dish I didn’t enjoy(except lettuce wraps, which were good but I feel are contrived). They have a good assortment of deserts, too, just be careful — they are all HUGE.

Awful experience. Wait time is usually very long. Plus they would not take reservations on phone. Food is average. I will recommend people go somewhere else…

PF Changs is a great combination of food and service. When I find myself craving a dish and not being able to find one as good, the restaurant falls into my favorites list. The restaurant is known for their lettuce wraps, which are good for an appetizer or someone’s meal. My other favorite is the honey chicken with brown rice. The wonton soup is good but includes shrimp — a bug turn off personally. Originally PF Changs made a sauce at your table. They no longer do this; however, you can request it. It’s delicious with the lettuce wraps or rice. Quick Notes: Reservations are taken. I highly recommend it for big groups. The restaurant is also loud. I find this at every location so it’s something about the build and acoustics. Don’t forget a To Go box for left-overs.

Pf changs is my go to for Asian food because they have an awesome gluten free menu! The staff is always knowledge and super nice! They serve their gluten free items on special plates to keep from any cross contamination. The beef with broccoli is my favorite, I always ask for extra sauce but it has great flavor without it.

We went with our family and because they have gluten free. My lady doesn’t eat the gluten and she loves this place. I’ve been craving dumplings for a month so we were geeked to get in. Overall the caliber of food was really solid, I had dumplings and garlic noodles. My girlfriend had the gluten free beef and broccoli. The only bummer was the service. It ran long and we were often finding ourselves going without, his rapport was great, but his timing was off by thirty miles.

Had a wonderful late lunch here today. I ordered from lunch menu-orange chicken with brown rice. Added soup for two dollars. All very tasty. Very handsome interior. And the best server ever-Jenna. Lunch is about half the price of dinner but it’s all good value. Almost forgot-the tempura appetizer was delicious!

Not always the quickest, but love their food. My mom and I both have gluten allergies and love that we have tons of options to choose from.

The egg drop soup was the worst I’ve ever tasted. Also tried the saigon summer rolls which were slimy and cold. Salt and pepper prawns were very bland as was the orange peel chicken. I won’t be back. Very expensive and sub par food.

I love the Crab Wontons! YUM! I usually order the chicken or shrimp with broccoli and ask them to over cook the broccoli because sometimes it’s too raw for me. The walnut shrimp with melon is delicious! Their wonton soup is really good. I especially like the extras they add, chicken, spinach, and water chestnuts.

Everyone seems to love PF Chang’s. It’s the only big box Chinese restaurant I can think of. Like most chains, you pretty much know what to expect. Decent food and service, but nothing to be blown away by. I’ve been to PF Chang’s a few times on girl’s nights. They have some tasty drinks and a pretty good happy hour in the bar until 7. The menu is extensive; it always takes me awhile to decide on my meal. The portions are large, but the flavor tends to be lacking. Again, there’s nothing that’s wowed me or left me yearning to come back. The prices seem to be high for what it is. A dish I’d expect to pay $ 12 for elsewhere is $ 17 at PF Chang’s. $ 17 for some average Chinese food seems high. I know PF Chang’s markets themselves to be more of an upscale chain, which explains the high prices. However, the food isn’t amazing enough to warrant the price. Overall, you’ll be able to find something good to eat at PF Chang’s. There’s tons of choices and nothing is bad. I’d eat a PF Chang’s if someone suggested it, but I wouldn’t ever be the one to request it.

I really enjoy Asian food, I don’t know how to type that without coming off as a basic, racist white person but when I was at university we read about the philosophical underpinnings of many Asian cuisines. I enjoy the variety, the flavors, the presentation. It’s very comfortable and it appeals to my vanity. P.F. Chang’s food is generally consistent. This is an excellent choice if you have a variety of dietary needs in your party. Also, the bar makes me want to use the Internet lingo of the young. It’s fantastic and they have new offerings fairly often. What I am grateful for is that at the P.F. Chang in Louisville, with few exceptions, when they’ve dropped the ball they’ve done something to fix it. They owned the mistake, offered a solution to the problem, and followed through. I’m not going to ask for more than that. I’m really not a picky person so in the few times something bothers me enough to say something I’m glad they respond well. There are a lot of people who are upset that the food isn’t ‘authentic.’ It’s pretty authentic for a chain restaurant. If you want authentic take your handle-bar mustache, Nietzsche in the original German, and your craft beer and carry yourself somewhere else — just don’t drink and Vespa.

I generally try to eat local, but man I love PF Changs! We have always gotten fantastic service. For example, my boyfriend and I brought out parents here to meet each other. The manager came out to talk with us because my dad had mentioned a shrimp food allergy. He made great recommendations and then since it was a special night, he have us a 10 $ off card for our next meal! Everyone knows that the lettuce wraps are killer. We usually go for the $ 40 dinner for 2 special– soup 2x, appetizer, entrée 2x, and dessert. I especially love the moo goo gai pan.

Sorry Louisville PF Chang’s, this isn’t Singapore Street Noodles. When did this become a tomato base entrée?

Always great food. I always get the kung po shrimp. I love them but this time they were a little too salty. The rice was good. We got the sesame green beens and they were really good. The honey chicken was great. The Korean chicken was great also. The lettuce wraps are always spectacular. If I had one complaint it would be the price of the meal.

Preface: I’m not the biggest fan of these chain restaurants, I would rather eat local. With that being said, I was at PF Changs for someone’s birthday dinner. The food was mediocre, the service was mediocre, and quite frankly the ambiance was mediocre. There’s really not much else to write home about. It was mediocre.

My first time here. Delicious. Halloween night. No waiting. If you like Asian food they are a little of it all. Great meal, and I had great company.

2 stars might be generous. This place could use some«PF Changes» after what I saw on my last visit. Service = 1⁄5 Food = 3⁄5 Overall experience = 2⁄5 PF Chang’s was typically busy for a weekend night. No matter. My friend and I arrived for an early dinner and were seated immediately. Things were looking promising. Then we waited for water. And waited. And waited. After 12 minutes our server finally brought each of us water. He was about to run off when my friend said, «Can we put in our appetizer order right now?» When I say he was about to run off, I don’t mean he was lingering casually and she suggested it, he had completely turned his body around and was about to bounce when she put in the order. I’m glad that she grabbed him, because it could have been another ½ hour before he returned. .. . but I digress. About 20 minutes later our spring rolls arrived. We got ready to eat them when I noticed that my napkin was damp. I felt around to make sure that it wasn’t just cold or something, but there was definitely about half of the napkin that had gotten wet somehow. Trying to figure out what it was, I smelled the napkin and it REEKED of soy sauce. This thing didn’t just have a drop of Kikkoman on it, it had been dunked in the stuff somehow. We finished the spring rolls, and I wanted nothing more than to wipe my greasy hands off, but couldn’t due to the soy sauce napkin situation. I waited for about 10 minutes with my hands facing my dinner companion so as not to grease up anything(hello jazz hands!) before the waiter came running by to another table. I’m starting to think he’s called a waiter because he makes us wait. The meal came surprisingly promptly, but I was disappointed. I ordered Buddha’s feast, something I’ve gotten before, and I remember it being heartier in the past. It was basically a bunch of green vegetables with tofu. The tofu was prepared to be savory, and it was good, but I was really underwhelmed with the dish in general. It reminded me of a side item instead of an entrée. I won’t be ordering it again now. After we got our check and paid, we didn’t see our waiter again. We did, however, see the manager come through quite a few times to see that all was well in the restaurant. Come to think of it, I think we actually saw him more than we saw our waiter!
