Richland Sewing, I bought their pattern, paid for the classes, bought their supplies. I was making a runner. The pattern was for a quilt. The owner would just drop in and out of the classroom. We just hung around waiting for her to help. She was unkind to me. I asked questions and she expected me to figure most of it out. She turned the heat up to 80 it felt like a oven in there. Then she had the audacity to brag how well she did, and patted herself on the back. I did not even show up for the second class I paid for. I don’t mind paying for classes, supplies etc. I just expected to have a instructor who was kind, patient and had the compassion to teach… This place is a money trap!!! Take a class anywhere but there…

Wonderful customer service. The ladies there are very nice — they were really helpful in pointing out the best sewing machine for me. It also came with a free 1-yr tune up, free class, and 1-yr in store warranty. Their fabric selection isn’t the widest however they do carry charm packs for quilting and have every accessory you’d need for nearly any name brand sewing machine(They had bobbins for my hard-to-shop-for vintage Singer!). They do carry used items to save you some $$ and offer sewing/quilting classes.
