So I know as much about nails as a man knows about makeup. I thought I would get my nails done for my engagement shoot that is coming up this weekend so that my nails would not look short and raggedy in the pictures with my engagement ring. I walked into the nail salon and was very excited and inquisitive about the featured products. The man servicing me became so annoyed and was being very short with me even though I was only 1 of 2 customers in the gigantic salon. I’m sorry but as a customer, I have the right to inquire about pricing and products. If I hadn’t been on my lunch break, I would have immediately walked away and gone somewhere else. I let the man proceed with my nails. He was extremely impolite. He was literally roughly grabbing my hands to do my nails. There was no gentleness. Keep in mind that I am not used to having my nails done, and it was a natural instinct for me to turn my hand for the nail tech to allow him access to do my nails. He said to me very frankly, «if You think you’re being helpful You’re not, and it doesn’t help to turn your hands». I was so extremely uncomfortable sitting in the chair. All my excitement that I had prior to visiting the salon went out the door when I sat with that man. If all the above wasn’t enough, it gets better. The nail tech was talking about a social situation with his fellow workers. I won’t get into the details of what he was talking about, but he basically said the word«gay» with a negative connotation about 10 times, speaking very loudly. Now it doesn’t matter what my personal opinion is on a person’s sexuality, but I know enough to be sensitive and to not talk out loud about someone being gay or not. This is extremely unprofessional and insensitive to the customers who you are serving. I was appalled that the tech was talking about this matter in front of his customers, as if he could care less. In addition it’s funny that the man was having a conversation about people being gay or not, when he’s the one working at a nail salon. I would honestly never ever visit this establishment again and I would never recommend anyone to come here. My experience is unfortunate especially because this salon had a big banner out in the front that stated«grand opening». You would think the nail tech would have tried his best to please the customer considering that they’ve recently opened to the public. The nail tech needs to be seriously counseled and be instructed on what polite customer service is and professionalism because he did not have any.

I like this place, and LOVE Suzie’s works of art! She is a master of fancy paint jobs! The salon is new and very clean. I had yet another GREAT paint job by Suzie’s! She is artistic and picky! A great combination as far as I am concerned! I just say, «I want something fun», and she has«fun» ideas, and the artistic ability to carry it through!!! Yet ANOTHER creative paint job! SHE picked it out, and my toes feel like showing off!!! Thanks Suzie! You have really made this pedicure journey SO much FUN!!!

I just got home from having my nails done here and have to say it was not the most pleasant experience. I wanted to give them 2 stars but didn’t feel that was entirely fair because my manicure does look nice, minus the spot where I’m bleeding that is. I made an appointment because I was long overdue for a gel manicure and saw they had decent reviews on Unilocal.Plus, when I pulled up I noticed their sign saying 20% off right now for their grand opening which was even better. I got setup with someone quickly who was very nice and helped pick out my color. The place who had previously done my nails apparently did a horrible job and she showed me how when she removed them, parts of my nail came with it(which was not her fault by the way). She did what she could to fix them, but was a little rough and made me bleed from the cuticle clipper in the process. She didn’t say anything, just applied pressure to stop it and then kept going like it never happened. I was also never once offered anything to drink which I found disappointing. When she was done she didn’t say anything just got up from her chair and walked over to the register. Normally I’m given a scrub brush and told to go wash my hands while they take my purse to the counter for me. I sat and waited but she didn’t come back, so I found the sink and scrub brush myself. The total was $ 28 which is a good deal, but I don’t wish to return. The place I went to in Austin was so friendly and hospitable whereas here I just wasn’t feeling it.

I got my nails done yesterday and I have to say I’m disappointed the person I had been going to no longer works here. I was hesitant on being paired up with just anyone and I think I might try someone else next time. I’m very picky about my nails but I don’t think they should look this rough already within less than 24 hours…: /The search continues. On a good note the guy that did my pedicure was really awesome! They look excellent!!! Posting photos.

I had my first nexgen nails done here! They did great and made a cute design! Very open and they all speak clear English. HGTV was on the tv. And I was served wine. It was great! Will be back!

I haven’t been happy with my normal nail salon in a while so I decided to branch out and try this place. I was pleasantly surprised! It’s been about a month since my pedicure and I’m happy for report my toes look just as good as they did the day they were done. No chipping what so ever! The staff was very friendly and even gave me cookies while I had my service done! The tech who did my pedicure was very gentle during the cuticle trimming which is the part I always dread as my previous salon usually ended up hurting me. I’m very happy with my experience and cannot wait to go back! Update: I had my first Gel Manicure done here recently. I am happy to say my nails are going on three weeks now and still look just as good!

Third time coming here and they keep giving me reason to return! I’ve had different technicians each time I’ve gone, but Michelle is my favorite. She’s so really cute, great company and she does a great job! I’m on a NEXGEN kick and they do great on my manis.($ 32) They usually last two weeks before I’m bored and want something else. No chip and the grow out isn’t too horrible. Bottom line, come here and bring your friends. :)

This place is amazing. Haley & Suy and all the staff are amazing. They always greet me by name and a hug I mean really I feel like I’m family. Always 20% off all services and if you are on their Facebook and email List you can get a 30% off all services… Also they offer a beverage menu with wine, mixed drinks with crown, vodka and also mimosas. This is the cleanest nail salon you will find in Dallas really!!! They use liners for the foot bath and autoclave sterile Instruments come in and let them pamper you

Great nail salon! Huge open concept with over 22 pedicure chairs. Everyone spoke English to us and around us and we had a great time with our nail technicians. The floor is a cool wood tile and everything is clean. All the nail supplies came in sanitized pouches like they should. We signed up for the text promotions and they always have good specials going on, we are so glad we came here and will be back! Finally an amazing salon nearby !! And the combo prices are very affordable :) for mani pedi.

I had a horrible experience with my first dip manicure at my go to salon so I decided to venture out and find somewhere else and boy I am glad I did! This place has a beautiful atmosphere and reasonably priced services. My manicurest was hilarious we had lots laughter in our little corner which I loved, I hate it when you go to a place and maybe say 3 words to each other. My manicure looks excellent but I will update in 2 weeks to let you know how they hold up.

Went in yesterday with my friend and we both had pedicures and nextgen. We were both pleased with the service. The place seems clean and it is a bit high for nextgen $ 40. I say it’s high because there’s a place down the street that does it for $ 30 But overall a good place to go. I will most likely be back.

This nail salon is really nice. Its very spacious and the ambience is nice. This location is really clean compared to other locations we’ve been to. They do offer drinks during your pedi or mani. We came here on a Saturday afternoon and were seated immediately. Sandy and Susie did our pedicures. My pedicure was great. They took their time while doing the pedicures. I will definitely return!

Awesome place! M friend and I walked in during a grand opening. We both got gel manicures and the whole experience was wonderful. Great price, great job! I had a special request for racing red nails with a black and white checkered ring finger nail. They said they had never done that before and seemed a little unsure of what I meant, they came out ABSOLUTELYPERFECT. I loved my nails so much and they lasted over the usual three weeks, and that’s with rock climbing two or three times a week. I’ll be back :-) Thanks guys!

Didn’t have such a pleasant experience. I guess that’s my luck… Sloppy polish and uneven nails. She kept going in on my cuticle(they’re not suppose to do that) and cut me. The other side is no better. Not even worth the special price I paid :(

Overrated. I was in need of a mani/pedi and came across this place here on Unilocal. The perfect 5 out of 5 star ratings here lured me in and away from my usual place(Kay Nails in Fort Worth) but I wasn’t impressed and probably won’t go back again. Yeah, this place is new and they’re offering 20% off all services right now for their grand opening. The interior is pretty spacious and there are lots of chairs, the staff is friendly… yadda, yadda, yadda… …BUT I went in for a pedicure and my heels look worse now than they did when I went in. I go without shoes quite a bit around my house and I wear flip flops the rest of the time, so my heels can get kinda funky(if I let them). HOWEVER, I get regular pedicures and I take care of myself. I went in here yesterday and upgraded my pedicure to the Mandarin Honey one(the extra ten bucks for the upgrade from the standard pedicure is not worth it at all) — and no kidding — my heels are far worse than they were before I went in here. The lady used one of those cheese grater things and tore my heels up. The lotion she put on was not very moisturizing. She didn’t even buff my toe nails until I reminded her and even then it was half ass effort, so they weren’t as smooth as they should be. Anyway, the pedicure was yesterday and today my heels look the worst they’ve ever looked. They’re dry and flaky looking. I didn’t go in like this and I’m pretty sure they weren’t this bad even in the winter time when I dropped down to getting pedicures about every 6 weeks since I was wearing shoes and no one was seeing my feet anyways. I will say that the gel manicure was done well and I like the finished product of that. That and the fact that they were nice is the only reason for the 3 star rating. But no more pedicures here in the future.

Ask for hailey! It was my first time here since the other nail salon was such a long wait. Best decision I made! It’s a very modern place compared to all the other nail salons in the area. There’s also no language barrier here which is a huge plus! I’ve been on this nexgen dipping kick because I love gel but hate it because I can pick the color off and I hate acrylics because it feels so heavy and thick. I was told this product is all organic and is suppose to be a healthier alternative, so basically if gel and acrylic had a baby this would be it! They also give you these hand gloves to wear when they put your nails in the UVs! The color selection is pretty large compared to other salons so I loved that. Hailey listened to everything I said about how I like my nails done and she did a amazing job!
